Can somebody with computer savvy please post today's B.C. comic strip. It is an absolutely beautiful slam against John Kerry. In Hart's style, it is subtle and never mentions Kerry by name, but references to "having a plan" and a "flip-flop" strategy make the point as plan as day.

I believe Johnny Hart is a committed Christian. Don't hold me to that, but I think I read that he's gotten into "hot water" with newspapers in the past because some of his strips had a decidedly right/Christian bent.

You're right. He is a christian and has certainly been in some flaps, but it doesn't deter him. He's committed to his faith and his beliefs.

Thanks! :) I just happened upon this site, while researching old-school (WWI, WWII & Korea) political cartoons...to see how relevant they were to the present! ;)

Who knew that the so-called King of Children's Books, was also a poignant pro-war activist?!?! These cartoons gave me a WHOLE NEW appreciation of Dr. Seuss!!!

Meanwhile today that Boondocks dirtbag skewers Mr Bush yet again. What is this guy gonna do if Bush is defeated? I'll bet he secretly wants Bush to win, so he'll still have him to "kick around."

What will Moore, Baldwin, Robbins, Whoopi, etc do if Kerry wins?? They won't be able to whine and moan anymore!

O good lord you are so off...Dr. Seuss was a hard core socialist... famed for his agitprop type political cartoons in the hard core left/ progressives paper in the 30's... the left was on board in WW2 because Hitler was a threat to there beloved Stalin...

The left in the U.S. was very transparent in WW2 they were pro war with Hitler early...then flip on a dime when the Hitler/Stalin pact was signed... and became hard core pacifies... then flipped again and became rabid pro war when Hitler invaded the Soviet Union
