The thing about Kerry's comment concerning Mary Cheney that I found most offensive was the unstated implication that those who support President Bush's re-election would, because we are all a bunch of homophobic knuckle-draggers, suddenly stop supporting the Bush/Cheney ticket if we were to discover that VP Cheney had a lesbian daughter.
It's Kerry's air of smug moral superiority that reminded me why I dislike him -- and all the other Democrats like him -- so very, very much.
The thing that really stood out to me was even Kerry did not think what he was saying was right - did you notice that he said the word Lesbian really fast and in a real low tone of voice - was he too thinking at that time it was not the right thing to say.
Kerry was so hated by his fellow Swift Boat Commanders and Superior Officers that they asked him to leave their squadron in Viet Nam.
One thing you cannot say though is that he doesn't have a plan. He has had a plan since 1968 and that is why the MSM is in his pocket, they collaborated with him in 1971!
