Kerry Military Discharge Deception
NewsMax.com ^ | 10/18/04 | Geoff Metcalf

John Kerry is a thoroughly reprehensible person. When Lynn Cheney commented on Kerry, she said, “This is not a good man.” she was articulating a truism that sadly was a grossly inadequate means of describing the loathsome presidential wannabe.

I recently got a note from my old Battalion Commander asking if there is any substance to the controversy surrounding Kerry’s military discharge. I responded, “You damnbetcha!” I have previously written about questions surrounding Kerry’s discharge (9/10/04 http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2004/9/9/154130.shtml) and the ginned up DD214 (8/23/04 http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2004/8/23/95437.shtml). The growing conventional wisdom (in military circles) is that Kerry GOT a discharge but it was other than honorable. He subsequently got Clinton to sign the fix in 2001. HOWEVER, the more egregious aspect is his having been subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice when he met with the commies in Paris. THAT was and is chargeable! Reportedly, after the slug told a Senate hearing about his meetings with enemy agents, some senior Department of Defense types actually wanted to prosecute him. He was a Naval Reserve officer who had violated an excrement pot full of assorted laws and regulations.

However, the paranoid, dysfunctional Nixon White House allegedly didn’t want to fuel the anti-war gang rhetoric and so they made the strategic and tactical error of ignoring the obvious.

The Navy was p.o.-ed too. They yanked Kerry’s security clearance when it became axiomatic he was a Naval Reserve officer not to be trusted. One retired agent reportedly observed, “Lieutenant Kerry wasn’t cleared to know what time it was!”

The reason Kerry refuses to sign Standard Form 180 and release ALL his records (over a hundred pages still under wraps), doesn’t have ‘jack’ to do with medal inflation and hyperbolized heroics.

President Bush, former Vice President Gore, Senator McCain and others have authorized release of their records ... Kerry won’t!

Kerry’s Honorable Discharge some 30 years after his end of service (March 2001) is suspicious because it is so out of the ordinary.

There are five classes of Discharge: Honorable, General, Other than Honorable, Bad Conduct, and Dishonorable. It smells like Kerry’s ‘first’ discharge was probably no better than a ‘General’ discharge.

It has been suggested (and probably true) that the sandbagged records are loaded with appeal efforts and reports of his having provided “aid and comfort” to the enemy.

The mainstream co-conspirator/enablers media will not be able to ignore THIS elephant in the living room forever. Oh, they will try .... but if you think Clinton was harassed for sexual improprieties with an intern; get ready for a coordinated Military community Tsunami over Kerry’s FULL military record. The Monica mess will compare to a small yellow hole in a Montana snow bank when contrasted with the Kerry conundrum.

Good grief, he's a traitor AND a convict. He should have been shot, or at the least been given life without parole. This leaves me to believe that Kerry is either THE antichrist, or antichrist Jr. LOL

One thing that has occurred to me that when I left the Navy in '74, because I had a clearence and worked as an EW, I had to sign a paper that said I would not leave the country without informing the DOD (or USN?). I'm sure Kerry had to do the same as he was a CIC watch officer with a TS. Wonder if that is what they got him on.

And yet, many Americans seem to think that he'll make a good president. *shaking head*

He's out there bringing up Viet Nam again, telling the crowds how he shed blood for his country. I pray that this discharge story really grows some legs.

There may indeed be a way around getting Kerry to sign his 180. This is a rather long method, but I ask you to bear with me on this.

President Putin's remarks last night about Kerry being bad for the country made me do some thinking about why he would make such comments at this time. And then I remembered his KGB past.

The KGB, like all of their subordinate agencies all over the world, kept meticulous records - to a fault. During the early '70s, Kerry's VVAW sent groups not only to Paris but to Moscow as well to work with the KGB. It is common knowledge that the anti-war movement was given guidance from Moscow, as they wanted nothing more than to disgrace the US over 'Nam.

If Kerry was considered to be an enemy collaborator by the FBI (who kept a pretty close watch on Kerry for most of two years), then no doubt there exists an extensive file on Kerry within the KGB's records. He may have even been assigned a "handler" - whether Kerry knew it or not - but most likely he did. The KGB declassified all or nearly all of their files after the Soviet Union collapsed, so anything that they had on Kerry should be available for viewing at least. When you consider the relationship between presidents Putin and Bush, I would imagine that those documents or files could be released rather quickly.

Additionally, Kerry's first trip as a Senator was to Nicaragua to do some heavy fellatio to Ortega and his band of commies. This too would've been documented by the KGB, especially since Ortega left the following day to go to Moscow. So here again there should be files either in Moscow or Nicaragua showing something that would be quite damaging to Kerry.

No foil intended, just trying to piece together a way to put the nails into Dork's coffin once and for all. Anybody else think it's a possibility?

sKerry will NEVER release his military records and mrs. sKerry will NEVER release her income tax records. And if by some chance, God forbid, that these two reprensible Bubba & Hill'y remakes take the WH, we can kiss our country down the tubes.

Excellent idea. Anybody read Russian? Putin today endorsed Bush.

IMO should not come from the Bush camp, however. I'm sure there are retired Intel officers/specialists who know Russian. I just saw a write up in a magazine about an officer who knows fluent Russian, which helped him in his assignment in Iraq. But an active duty guy could not do it.

Another possibility is the Stasi files of the former East Germany. They are accessible, but I don't remember what the rules are. I'm trying to remember the present name of the agency which controls access to them.

I certainly hope they are leaked, like the Petagon papers were. Personal privacy is NOT the issue here. We have a RIGHT as voters to understand the full facts of this man's military service. If absurd PC laws (mostly created by Democrtic administrations) are in the way some one needs to VIOLATE them.

I know as conservatives this is not our first instinct, nor should it be. But there does come a time when it becomes the right thing to do to violate bad laws.

I firmly believe this is such a time.

Should Kerry win, and these records have not been made public, they should be at that time. Bush should pardon whoever releases them. At that point it's not a "dirty trick" the campaigns over. It's a simple warning to the American people. See what you have done! Beware.

I would argue that is was worse. I would argue that it was an Other than Honorable discharge at best. The reason is that a General Discharge is automatically upgraded to Honorable in 90 days (at least at present, I assume it was the same then).
