Don't worry, John. They won't talk about your Senate record. You have none.

Quayle had only introduced one piece of legislation before being elected Vice President

How does this contrast with Ted Kennedy's Bills and Resolutions in the same time frame? Or maybe compared to other Jr. Senators who have 20 years service? This would allow a better understanding of just how bad his leadership is.

I'm going to use it today in our rally for Bush. The Kerry crowd will be less than a block away. I've got to figure out a way to make into a poster.

Just to get completely off track, I found this beauty from a Dan Quayle bio:

In August 1988, at the Republican National Convention in New Orleans, George Bush called on Mr. Quayle to be his running mate in the general election. Although Republicans were trailing by up to 15 points in public opinion polls taken prior to the convention, the Bush/Quayle ticket went on to win the November election by a convincing 54-46 margin, sweeping 38 states and capturing 426 electoral votes.

From here.

I think the RNC should use this in a 30 second commercial to highlight Kerry's record of "achievements".

They could start it with a shot of the building on Trapelo Rd and tout it as Kerry's finest acomplishment -no, not building it, no, not funding it, RENAMING it!

And go on from there...
