We don't yet have any details, but it relates to a foreign policy issue, and it will call into question--amazingly enough--John Kerry's truthfulness. That does not narrow it down very much.

Well the revelation that he praised the Afghan operation when it was going on on Larry King, and its contrast with his complete 180 on that issue now should have made some news.
I hope someone at the Bush campaign and RNC have plans to use this in an ad. It could be just as embarrassing for Kerry as his "I actually voted for the 87 billion, before I voted against it."

Just an unsubstantiated rumor, mind you, but my husband heard something big was going to break on Sunday (tomorrow). Take it with a grain of salt, but it could be related to post #1.

You know, these rumors are really annoying.
Telegraphing your punches reduces their effectiveness,
as Sinclair discovered (assuming they ever really had
any intention of running the full POW movie).
The Kerry Kamp now has 48 hours or more to pre-spin,
dilute and sic lawyers on this story.
If you've got a solid info critical of Kerry, just run it.

it will call into question--amazingly enough--John Kerry's truthfulness. WOW!
That'll really rock the campaign. (But then Bush will say that he honors his opponent's sincerity, and such questions shouldn't be raised, and they'll go away within 36 hours.)

We just got a tip......that a major newspaper will break a front-page story Monday
morning that could create a serious problem for the Kerry campaign.
After listening to the insanity of Kerry supporters on Los Angeles-area talk radio
the past couple of weeks...
I'm convinced that if Kerry were caught in bed with a dead woman or
a live boy, it would boost his ratings.
Kerry's "supporters" (most folks already committed to voting for him) don't
give a fig what he's done or will do.
They just hate Dubya, Cheney, Rice, Powell and Christanity that they'll
vote Kerry.
No matter what.

Kerry doesn't have a foreign policy and hasn't for over 20 years. His last foreign policy was to slander all Vietnam Vets.

Let me guess: The Washington Times, The NY Post, or perhaps any of the other right-of-center newspapers that have a hard time getting noticed by the MSM? I mean, I'll read it and most of the people here on FreeRepublic will read it, but it will be buried elsewhere. Sorry if I'm feeling a little cynical - just getting too worried about this election.

I heard a rumor about the Kerry's paying SS tax on only one domestic employee, although they employ dozens.Acceptable behavior for Democrats.

Well, we know he has lots of connections in France and we know that they have had many reasons to go against US.
Also, we know that Kerry sent a letter to Iran when he became the Dem candidate and said he would want to establish relations asap.. There has also been the story of the Iran-Americans in court that have given a LOT of money to Kerry's campaign.
Just a couple to throw out there.

One thing it might be would refer to a previous catch I had some months back, when Kerry spoke before the racial correspondents' convention, he stated that he had met with the UN Security Council the week before the Senate vote on the Iraq war (when he'd actually spent that time campaigning in Iowa, as I recall). I noted he made the same (erroneous) claim during the presidential debates.
