Bottom line, we all vote, no matter what. No matter how early or how late networks start calling this election, we vote. And we lean on our less motivated friends and family to vote, too. I happen to live in a blue state (California) that Bush and co have already conceded to Kerry, but I will crawl over ground glass to vote. I want W to come out of this election with a popular (as well as electoral) win and a clear mandate.
You say, "I heard that more Democrats didn't bother to vote after the Florida call"
That is the MSM at it again - trying to convince us that Gore would have had even more votes and the Dems wouldn't have lost seats in Congress if only the media hadn't discouraged their party faithful - don't believe it for a minute!
Not in Florida but my brother is, who like a lot of Floridians aren't listening to any news reports come Nov 2.
Glad to hear it, I think the republicans in Florida know better to turn away from the polls, no matter what the MSM says!
