Ilya Shabalkin, the official representative of the regional operative office (ROO) for counter-terrorist operations in North Caucasus, stated that the ideology of Chechen separatist Movdali Udugov includes seeking new on-line sources. According to him, Udugov is looking for contacts inthe Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, Denmark and the Baltic states, and plans to register the Turk Tekom Company in Turkey, which would provide website services for Chechen fighters. Shabalkin added that Sarunas Broga, a Lithuanian, is assisting Udugov. Russian special services state that separatist material is distributed in Georgia by Khasan Israpilov(a.k.a. Visami Tutuyev), who is supported by Zviyad Pochkhuya, the editor of one of Georgias newspapers. According to ROOs information, a number of on-line or other NGOs from the USA, Great Britain, and Malaysia, who provide services to the Chechen separatists, officially broke off relations with them.

Russian military invaders have carried 10 attacks to the house of Chechen journalist Visami Tutuyev in Galayti. Russian military criminals poured Kalashnikoff bullets into the house the Chechen journalist but were unsuccessful to find him. Agency Caucasus

I currently have a six month old Saanen in the same condition. Packgoats sales were way down this year, and he is the leftover. He's a doll, we call him Frodo. And I think he will be very large and make a great packgoat. Bottle-raised and very human-oriented. So if you ever come across someone looking for a packgoat, send them my way.

By the way you should do this. It is a riot training these guys for packgoating. Our church now has a boy scout troop and we are training a few of our more loving wethers to pack in equipment now.
I have this retired nubian buck, goes by the name of Leemon, which is short for Panteleimon. Had him wethered at age two by the vet.
I take him out on a leash and teach him Stop and Go. He does it perfectly about 4 times and then he looks at me like "Gad these humans are stupid. You want me to do this more?"

I have a buckling out of this guy out there eating his way up right now. This one, his pa, took second at the huge buck show down your way last spring. Out of something like 30 bucks.

I actually did have a guy call about a year ago, inquiring after our two Nubian wethers, which I had advertised in the Ag weekly, as to whether they would be useful as pack goats. They had already been sold, fortunately for him. :-)
Now, are you saying that you are training Nubian wethers as pack goats? I was under the impression that Nubians were not terribly useful for that purpose, as they tend to just lie down as soon as you put something on their back.

Nubians are not the best choice for sure. But this boy and one other I have are oriented to please. You have to really look at personalities.

Also because one of my kids let the Saanen buck into the doe pen at a critical time, I have quite a few Saanen-Nubian wethers this year. LOL.
One of my worst days last summer was staring at a huge saanen foot poking out of my smallest nubian doe. I did not like the feel of it when I pulled, and no amount of olive oil could get my arm in there.
Of course right before the vet arrived she pushed out both kids. :-)

Now, that's a handsome buck.Lives down near Medford.
We had a great time bringing back his son. When we stopped to drive through somewhere for lunch, we ordered bowls of lettuce and tomatoes "for the baby goat". The drive through people were amazed.
