Not a good idea IMHO. If Kerry should have been indicted, then it should have been done long ago. I don't deny that he probably deserves it. But if we open this can of worms, then every Republican president from now on will have to fight far more serious allegations than Bush has had to face in this election. The dems would never let the Republicans govern in peace. It's difficult enough now; let's not open the door to the next level.

Thanks Lady Jag. I think I lost heart in the Clinton years about signing petitions. Nothing ever seems to happen but we can still hope!

Is this handled within the Senate ethics committee, or what? What is the process and what can be done to move the ball down the field on this?

Not sure of the process...now that we have a little more clout in Congress, maybe all should contact their state rep.
