Kerry slipped in 2nd debate, gave hint of CBS / NYT explosives story to come!

... But who else might have known about this ammo dump story? I have a surprise sound bite for you all. I'm going to go back to the October 8th presidential debate in St. Louis. Charlie Gibson moderated that debate. Listen to John Kerry, this is a 30-second bite. It gets real interesting about 20 seconds in.

KERRY: You rely on good military people to execute the military component of the strategy. But winning the peace is larger than just the military component. General Shinseki had the wisdom to say you're going to need several hundred thousand troops to win the peace. The military's job is to win the war. The president's job is to win the peace. The president did not do what was necessary, didn't bring in enough nations, didn't deliver the help, didn't close off the borders, didn't even guard the ammo dumps. And now our kids are being killed with ammos right out of that dump.

RUSH: What dump, senator? What did you know back on October the 8th that the New York Times didn't report until October 25th? What ammo dump are you talking about, senator? Are you talking about the ammo dump that had no ammo in it that the New York Times made a big story of yesterday that's totally false and fraudulent? How did you know about this, senator, if that's the ammo dump you're talking about? The ammo dump with no weapons in it that therefore could be killing none of our troops? Which ammo dump are you talking about?

This really needs to be hammered home by the Repubs! Looks to me like major collaboration between the Kerry camp and MSM to undermine a national Presidential election.

Kerry, the DNC, the NY Times, WaPo all in cahoots from the start.

Don't forget the UN. It was a UN guy that leaked the story to start with. A guy that the Bush administration wants replaced.

Also remember the oil for food investigation.

This is one of the real reasons the European leaders hate Bush and want him out.

Kerry looks like a complete fool for trying to make an issue of this - and for mentioning it (or something of this nature) in the debates.

They definitely are working together. If you go back to the first debate (Sept. 30, 2004), Kerry said this:

That's exactly where we find ourselves today. There's a sense of American occupation. The only building that was guarded when the troops when into Baghdad was the oil ministry. We didn't guard the nuclear facilities.

And in the 2nd debate (Oct. 8, 2004) he said this:
