Aftr losing the House in 1994 and the Presidency in 2000, Democrats will no longer accept any defeat through a democratic process. They set the standard with frivolous lawsuits in 2000, and if the election is even close this time, they will set their lawyers into action to overturn the electoral process and institute the subtle tyranny of legal obstructionism. The legal challenges of 2000 were found to be without merit, yet Democrats continue to reiterate those themes to an electorate which is too uninformed to recognize dishonesty and too disinterested to scrutinize these claims for themselves.

Correction. If the election is even close and they are losing.
