Bush took a few weeks off from visiting Ohio, and everyone freaked out.

The campaign has internal polling. When has Carl Rove ever let us down? In fact, he he has exceeded our expectations.

Yea, he made me sick. Said Repubs could gain in Senate but lose their Prez.

He also said that George Bush has several different electoral college routes.
But, Kerry has only one.

"Sabato is a liar."

Either that or Bush and Dan Bartlett are -- both of them just said Ohio's in the bag for them. In fact, Bartlett said, "It's guaranteed."

Exactly. Certainly if Bush were behind in Ohio and Rove didn't send the President there for two weeks that would be incompetent. Rove has been planning for this day for several years. I think he's on top of things.

I listened to that Rather drivel on the radio while driving home. He sounded so vicious talking about a CRIMINAL FBI investigation. As I NEVER listen to CBS (but was searching for breaking news), I was absolutely horrified.

Halliburton, criminals, Bush on the defense having a bad week, bad, bad, bad everything...sick, sick, sick. I had just heard Tony Snow tell me Rather was trying to turn this election. And he did not exaggerate. I could only take a few minutes & had to turn it off.

I feel very bad because there are many sheep (sweet little old ladies) in my part of the world who only listen to this MSM evening news, CBS in particular. They do not know about fair & balanced & believe this crap.

I just despise Dan Rather!

I have read plenty of posts where people say they were polled by Zogby or Gallup and, apparently, knew the outfit questioning them. If campaigns have better polls, I would think they make frequent phone calls. Has anyone ever been polled by either the Bush/Cheney or Kedwards campaign that you know of?

Sabato predicted Democrats would increase their seats in the Senate 2 years ago. He was wrong then, and he's wrong now, IMHO.

Why would anyone give out their internal polls?

I'm sick of the crap being pumped into us 24/7....LETS ALL RELAX!!!

The only polls worth there salt is Battleground, Time and Gallup. The others are tilted while some one even post there criteria. These three are respectable.

This can't be right. If you check Cincinnati's Enquire and Post plus Columbus' newspaper Columbus dispatch, they have all endorsed Bush. That is a large area of Bush. Dayton also had Pro Bush editorials...so I don't believe MSM polls. Me a newby but me learn quick . Research.
