I know someone who had the "privilege" of working with her and her staff for a few days when Albright was Secretary of State. My friend said Albright was basically a doddering old woman, "out of it" , and totally dependent upon staff. She couldn't talk to a foreign leader without reading talking points verbatim from memos, and had to be led by the elbow about meeting rooms. "Sit here please" "Sign this please". That sort of thing.
