> We are positive that John Kerry was one of those
> dishonorably dismissed ...

a. The basenote link doesn't go to any detail on this, nor
is it obvious where to look.

b. Is there any actual news here? We already know that
Kerry's 1978 discharge is consistent with an earlier
less-than-honorable, but ...

c. It's been my understanding that the visible evidence
is not consistent with an actual "Dishonorable".

Was it Dishonorable or UNDESIRABLE?

This post is unsupportable and does not go any further unless cross-verification is available, and proper links are provided.

Isn't it a little late to be saying this? This person should have come out earlier, and with documentation to back up this claim.

I have my doubts about this person, not that Kerry had a DIShonorable discharge.

If there was something like this toward Bush, what do you think would prevent them from going ahead with a report about it?

They are doing it now with the explosives. Why is Kerry being allowed a pass on this for making such a big deal about bold faced lies.

In a time of war!

If this is true, and John Kerry is elected Presdient, two things will happen.

1) Kerry will use the power of the Oval Office to completely and forever wipe away any traces in this country of his Dishonorable Discharge.

2) Kerry will be blackmailed by a foreign country who has access to this information.

If it is not possible to get this information out before the election, and it is true, the U.S. has been played big-time.

This post should be deleted. I view it as a careless attempt to foment disinformation. The author's name is not even correctly spelled ("Tom Lockart" - s/b "Tom Lockhart").

If the photos of Bill Clinton holed up in a tree where he set up 'house' with a mattress to protest the VN War and the fire dept had to hose him down weekly were REMOVED from the newspapers in Little Rock, why do you think anything truthful about sKerry is going to be broadcast by the MSM?

The MSM only exacerbates the problems in our society.

It doesn't matter if there is proof. It is the seriousness of the charge.

Nothing. They'd fabricate docs if needed. I have no
problem with raising the question. Getting someone
to put it to Kerry, and getting him to answer it is
another matter.

> Why is Kerry being allowed a pass on this for making

Only in the DNC-run media.

You need to back this up with some link or provide a document or something -- or it's going NOWHERE.

You have to have proof. I don't doubt the possibility of this, but you gotta prove it.

How did he only get a DD and not prison time for collaborating with the enemy? He should have been incarcerated in a federal facility, not lounging about the senate for the past 20+ years!

If, as Officers of the Court, two lawyers were to sign false affidavits, their careers are over. They expose themselves in such case to libel, if untrue. Legally-wrought financial consequences would break these two for the rest of their lives.

This is no light-weight charge. This is hugh!

Kerry told Tom Brokaw that he disputes Pentagon records that show GWB has a higher IQ than Kerry. Kerry said that those records have not been released. OH REALLY?

I would think that discharges from the military would be part of the public record, just like convictions, etc. Why did that change?

We are positive that John Kerry was one of those dishonorably dismissed from the Navy for collaborating with the Viet Cong

I believe that there is nothing that would bring Mr. Kerry's counterfeit campaign down faster than this information. The question should be posed to Kerry's spokespeople...

“Did you, John F. Kerry, ever receive a discharge, or separation, that was not honorable, even if it was later upgraded to honorable?”

I think that this (alleged) dishonorable discharge is the main reason that Kerry 1. Hides his military records, and 2. Won't face any media questioners (other than proven fellow travelers).

Curiously, Mr. Kerry must believe that this apparent dishonorable discharge will just "go away" if he's elected. It won't. Ever.

Rush was just mentioning this in conjunction to the Brokaw interview where Kerry admits he has not released his military records.

Hey LibFeeeUSA, isn't the DU missing you about now?

Look, if the admin moderator wants to delete it, that's fine. I received this from Operation Street Corner, a Viet Vets group who've been working long and hard at defeating John Kerry because he is the traitor he is.

We all know that something is terribly wrong or sKerry would sign Standard Form 180. I apologize that I misspelled Mr. Lockhart's name on the post. But, I'll tell you one thing, the liberal media and the Dims have no problem taking info that is not totally substantiated it and trying to sabotage the Bush campaign.
