Last night they would only say "blood infection".
Translation -- he is dying and we don't know what else to say.

Dementia as in, he's a drunk? His brain is pickled.

I watched my mother die from this. She was gone mentally about a week before she actually died.

Being called demented by the French has got to be near the very bottom of things that can happen to a person.

About a year ago there was a report that he was having mental problems and they thought it might be Dementia but that the PLO did not know what to do. He had complete authority. This opens the door for new leadership which is hopefully more moderate in its positions.

How would the French or cnn be able to tell whether that thug is demented or not?
They themselves are pretty far gone...

In related news the French foreign minister arrived at his hospital bed to surrender this morning and declared Arafat "President for Life of France"

Bill CLinton: First President to have a known terrorist in the White House.""
Didn't Clinton meet more often with Arafat than he did with the head of the CIA?

Looks like we all agree on the diagnosis here.
Nothing to see, move along

You make a good point. Maybe there's a crazy scale from 1 to 100. He was at 89, and now he's hittin' the top of the pole at 100.

Does CNN have a mourning banner on their screen at all times.
Is Christianne able to control her deep grief?

When was he ever in control of his faculties?? I won't give him that out. He was in full control of his faculties while ordering huge numbers of Jewish men, women and children killed. A lifetime of blood on his hands can't be excused by his illness.
