The "Concept of Lawyers" has ALWAYS BEEN a "Good Idea;" the PROBLEM IS, that there have NEVER BEEN "Practical Restraints" placed on the "Lawyer Class!!"
Simple "Common Sense" Dictates that the "Lawyer" gets a Small, Regulated, Percentage of ANY "Settlement."
Since WHEN does the "Plaintiff" get a few Thousand, & the "Law Firm" gets "Tens of Millions!!"
This Aberration exists in the "Tobacco Lawsuits!!"
The REAL PROBLEM Is, that the "American Consumer" PAYS FOR the "Lawyer's Tax!!" ~
The Few Americans who "Benefit From" a "Judges Decision" REAP THEIR BENEFITS FROM the "Rest of Us!!"
From WHERE do these FOOLS think that the "Settlement Money Comes??""
Sadly, the "Trial Lawyers" have beome ADEPT AT Transferring Wealth from the Producers to the Parasites!!,(& Skimming a Portion of the Difference to Themselves); When will the "Rest of Us" "Wake Up," & When will we Repudiate the "Trial Lawyer Parasites??"
