Bank of America is also being sued by Parmalat with allegations that they were instrumental in causing that bankruptcy. Some are alleging Citibank had a hand in effecting the Chapter 11 filing of Mirant (electric utility). Very interesting playing field developing. Maybe, finally, some big crooks are going to fall.
