I'd suspect a Cardinals pitcher, but as we've all seen recently THEY COULDN'T HIT THE BROAD SIDE OF A BARN

I'm not so sure about that, thier pitches seemed to hit the Boston bats real well.

What comes around, goes around. Pedro has certainly hit plenty of people with balls in his time.

Did Curt Schilling take part in the parade, or did he stay away on doctor's orders? (That was the "official version" of why he cancelled the campaign appearance with Bush in New Hampshire.)

I saw Schilling on the same boat with Petey, D-Lowe and Wake. He was using one crutch and didn't look too comfortable. Then it was reported that the ankle has become infected. He won't be operated on until at least Wednesday.

I'm sorry to hear that Curt's ankle has become infected. He risked his future career for the good of his team. I hope that he can be cheered during the operation with good news from the night before.
