Cool. Here's more from ap.org:

CINCINNATI (AP) -- A federal appeals court has cleared the way for challengers to be present at polling places in Ohio, ruling early Tuesday that their presence on Election Day is allowed under state law.

A three-judge panel of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 to grant emergency stays of two federal judges' orders Monday that barred political parties' voter challengers in Ohio. The judges also consolidated the two cases.

The court said that while there is a strong public interest in letting registered voters vote freely, there is also "strong public interest in permitting legitimate statutory processes to operate to preclude voting by those who are not entitled to vote."

(excerpted)

They had announced this on Fox this afternoon, I think during Hannity and Colmes, but then their continued "live" shows, including Greta, went on to ignore it. The "breaking news" segment they did said the only way this could be appealed was to the US Supreme Court and there was no way they'd hear it before voting started tomorrow.

My guess is that it has already been appealed, and whichever justice has jurisdiction over the 6th Circuit had to get out of bed to sign an order denying cert.

I would if I could...got out of that business ....I miss it though...but now I'm my own boss and that is great.
I do have a small advantage over some of my old radio competitors ( air staff members )
One of my best friends from high school used to be a print reporter. HE now works for Senator Frist....hehe.
Funny thing is he used to be a Democrat...but he got married has two beautiful daughters. Said he decided Republicans pay better...lol
