The Bush girls are looking pretty happy, considering that they must of heard their Dad give that same stump speech about 200 times.
I watched the President give the speech at SMU last night live on CSPN, where I believe that photo of them was taken. The old boy must have been tired, but he fired up all his old friends in the Big D as he called Dallas.
Watching him, I was reminded of what a simple, decent man he really is. I thought about an article I read comparing Bush to Truman and it does seem to me that this race is between the plain speaking man of the people and the fast talking slick conceited fop. Surely the people will, in the end, vote for four more years.

Great pics. Are they from last night? Reminds me of the story of Reagan versus Carter when both found out the day before the election that Reagan was going to win.

Now, the REAL MAN:

(I love this one !)
To: Mayflower Sister
Fox and Friends had a split screen this morning. On the right was President Bush surrounded by supporters smiling. On the left was Kerry standing behind a podium with his plane in the background - absolutely no other people in the shot, with that sour look on his face. People see this. People are smart. The President is going to be re-elected.

Good catch. Especially telling since the URL of the photos are date-matched perfectly, i.e., the happy photo of Bush and the First Lady is from the same date as the despondent photo of Kerry and Ketchup Lady.
Same thing with the daughter's photos.

Following the President's schedule over the last few days made me wonder how he can do it... the answer is quite simple, he is sustained by faith.
Kerry has nothing but ambition, and it shows.

One more thing. Karen Hughes and Karl Rove would not have dressed in the camo in Ohio, if they did not have some confidence of a win. They were smiling and having a good time. They know.

He looks like a farmer that just lost his farm. I've been meaning to ask someone for awhile now. What is with that lame coat J f'n K wears every day? Did his wife cut his allowance? He wore the same shirt everyday this summer and now he wearing the same coat everyday this fall. Is he trying to send somebody a message or something?
