I seem to recall a story like this about russian speaking voters in 2000. Does anyone else remember this? Is this happening again...and if so...the GOP needs some serious training in suppressing voter fraud.
That's what I thought. I believe Rush interviewed him in his newsletter a few years ago. Who knows what happened to him since.
I believe in 2000 it was an issue of non-citizen Russians being given the green light to vote by a court...
