it's like Gretchen describes. Someone called it the Florida Gator clap. "

OH, I completely misunderstood that! I thought she was talking about which hand does the clapping.. sounds more like the position of the hands and not so much what hand is doing what--LOL. Thanks for the clarification.

I definitely looks odd. I guess she learned it from her cousins, the kids of Uncle Jeb, going to games or someting.

The leftists have no clue.

True, the Leftists have no clue, but Jim Pinkerton is supposedly center-Right. To me, the point is that we can't entirely trust most of the chattering class.

"Jenna claps with a horizontal downstroke rather than vertical side stroke."

OK, think I've got it. I know when I clap my "clapped" hand is vertical and a bit slanted (if you can be both). Ye gods is this confusing enough---LOL!

You are right, and no offense taken. Laura Bush is just a very special person. She has a warmth and glow about her that speaks to her love for her husband and family as well as her faith in God. But I do love her little quirks.

Someone else just told me that about the hand clapping thing. Here in Louisiana, we have an ice hocky team called the Ice Gators. Same clap.

This is what I was talking about me noticing little quirks that each person has. My hands are perpendicular to the floor when clapping, left hand cupped and right hand fitting into it. I also have problems when watching television or movies. I notice all of the mistakes such objects missing mysteriously when each sceen changes. Shots switch back and forth from one person to the other during dialogue and objects go missing when there should be no one there to move then. It is annoying and distracts me from the movie. Tell me, is this obsessive compulsive?

Yes, indeed! Those WERE the days!

But THESE are some pretty good ones too, now that we know we'll have four more years of the Dose! :o)

(Thanks for the fan!)

I didn't see it, but it's clear he does love him and it seems Barney returns the favor.

Oh, you have opened up a whole new can of worms---LOL! There are some great books on movie mistakes that are fun to read.

Unfortunately, I have to add counting things to the oc list, and now, thanks to you, there'll be the "hand clapping positions". Thanks a bunch!

You've got that right about voter fraud. The demos have become expert at it, but as in Florida 2000, we had a higher helper than Soros, et. al. this time. I believe if the election had been honest, Pres. Bush would have got every electoral vote. Someday, I hope the truth will come out.

The "prepare yourself" comments were my own. It was just too shocking to post full blast without the warnings!

Thank you for posting these wonderful pictures of our President, Ohio! I was lurking at the Dose back then, and kept two of these pictures that ended up perishing on my old hard drive! Now, I can replace them! Thank you!

Who's Bevo? Is that short for Miss Beazely?
