I wouldn't be surprised if they're just bored with it. Bush has 270+, Kerry has conceded, really nobody but us junkies care about map colors anymore, and even that is kind of pointless for another month when the deep analysis comes out.

Uh, guys, you need to keep in mind that they PLANNED for DAYS of coverage, complete with armies of lawyers to have as panelists. They weren't prepared to have to fill so much time.....give them a break.....afterall the big bad Republican machine messed up their Producers' plans....

I noticed NBC didn't give OH to Bush until AFTER Kerry called him to concede. We can never with with those people, all we can hope is that their share of viewers continues to tank them into oblivion.

The Secretary of State doesn't tell them to call elections. Eventually, sometime in the next two weeks depending on their laws, he'll certify the results, but the networks calling a state is entirely their bag and he's got nothing to do with it.
