We will win in the fair marketplace of ideas. The commies lose again and again. I love it! Keep fighting!
Peegy noonan on hannity and colmes was just discussing this
The shift has been taking place for 20 years...
The media just hasn't seen it for some reason or is in complete denial...
We are witnessing a truely historic "grass roots" conservative movement which originated in the heartland of america and is slowly spreading east and west, with the final liberal holdouts clustering along the upper east and west coasts.
Tonight on their newscast they were blaming bloggers for the early exit polls fiasco.
They, in effect, said "but we knew better".
Someone told me that when Kerry initially called Bush, Kerry was scolding Bush and telling Bush what to do these next four years. Is this true?????
Gloat on.
Bump.
I was on my lunchtime bikeride when I heard this... and was chuckling like madman at a redlight!
Ya damn right that's where this Rat concession belongs! A sacrifice to the alter of the EIB!
You are absolutely right.
What's changed is before now we had no way to communicate with each other on a massive scale.
Unlike the Left who've always had the media to get their message out to their masses.
Now, the tide has changed and they know it.
I was listening to Boortz this morning, whilst waiting on Rush, and a woman was talking about a female commentator on Fox News going off the deep end about the election. She said that this woman was trying to make the claim that Kerry could still take Florida. I didn't hear who the commentator was. Was it Susan Ostrich? I saw Susan commenting on Ohio last night, and I was literally wondering if she was drunk.
Maha's take today on the Baby Boomer generation was one of his greatest monologues ever.

This drug addiction ordeal has done wonders for his outlook.
"Before we go any further, I want to thank Bill Clinton for once again helping to get out our vote"
LOL...Rush rox...
I dunno. Been suffering around some left wing sites (Slate, Howard Stern, etc) I'm not sure they get it.
It may be even easier four years from now. Definitely two years from now while their still in denial.
sorry for the pitiful spelling & English. I'm dead tired and going to bed.
Later
"Because they haven't had to fight for things. They've had the media. They've had willing accomplices that have never questioned them, have never forced them to debate, have never forced them in the arena of ideas to win there"
I think this is the most important point he has made. I will add that as the media has lost its influence and the new media has gained the effect has been more and more vivid from one election to another.
bump!
WEll the dems are prisoners of the leftwing kooks abortion gun control etc lovers and they can't get rid of the tar baby cause that's where their $$$$ comes from
Ain't no way they can moderate
The GOP has morphed into the pre 60-s democrats
The one thing I really disliked about this whole recent era is Bush being called a Nazi by these liberal socialists. The left in this country has gone totally bonkers. It resorts to name calling and distortions in the media to garner popular support. Bush is a patriot of democracy, the furthest thing from fascism as can be. Fascism is a radical conservative form of "socialism" not democracy. And the only conservative part of fascism is in its' nationalistic fervor. Some may say the conservatives in this country are Nationalistic. I disagree, I believe we are more Sovereignistic. I don't agree with 90% of what is going on in the UN, but I do think we need to continue to lead in this organization. We have the support of a majority of nations in the organization on the issues of terrorism and how to deal with it. We can proudly look at the votes for action in Iraq and say that outside of the UN Securiyt council we had the majority. Our goal now should be to oust the socialist Kofi Annan and get someone like Alawi in the post, or Karzi for that matter. The focus of attention is obviously in the Middle East. Let's get someone from the Middle East as SG, one with a loyalty ot our cause of democracy. Then, we can get Russia and France replaced with Australia, S. Korea on the Security Council.
Yeah I think she was drunk, stoned or in the midst of a full-scale nervous breakdown.
