If you leave directly from Free Republic and go to DU they may be able to track you. Or, you just find it really hard to act like a DU idiot :-)

That must be it. I live at Free Republic, it's my home page.

This just in from the Kerry Kampaign:

Why you lying Republican Swine!

Those folks depicted in the ad couldn't possibly be Democrats. Everyone knows that Democrtats Jack (and don't forget Bobby) Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. freed the slaves right at the finale of "Roots." Nixon and Bush started the war in VietNam and if a Republican President is elected, Segregation, or maybe even Slavery will be re-introduced. Those 'Publicans, they be bad! Let my people go to the polls. Your demand for proof of valid registration is just a way to suppress the black vote.

This is at least the conventional wisdom as taught in your local Public School. You know, the one where the kids don't know when the Civil War was? And not one of their "Social Studies" teachers knows that Jack Kennedy voted with the Southern Democrat Segregationists every time a Civil rights Bill came up!
Can we see the Detroit and Philadelphia Registration Rolls now, please?

Oh, believe me, I vote on the funding measures for the schools. Just not for the board members.

But the board members and your tax dollars are inextricably linked. It IS your money--who do you trust to spend it?
