Speechless: Reach out and sneer: Dem radicals speak to the Red States
The Register ^ | 11/7/2004 | New Democrat Outreach Program

Posted on 11/08/2004 1:31:49 PM PST by Jinjelsnaps

A good friend of mine just sent this to me and...I'm rather beside myself at the sheer amount of hate, hypocricy and insanity that this "article" professes.

The fact that any friend of mine (or any person in general, really) could actually agree with any of these rambling, incoherent statements is really just a sign of how looney politics makes people.

Apparently we can't quote text from this website (www.theregister.co.uk - a tech site that for some reason dabbles in politics), so you'll have to click the link to see what I'm talking about...I started to refute the claims made in this diatribe (and there is plenty to easily dispute), but I'm just not coherent enough at the moment.

Anyone want to help me?

How about this....

"Come to Jesusland and we'll make it all better"?

When the libs decide to start taking their meds and calm down, then we'll be available to talk. Until then, let them stew in their own juices, a laughingstock for all to see and be amazed at.

I would arrest this author for treason if I had any real power, calling to seceded.

As far as secession, I don't think for one moment that just %5 of the counties in the US wouls secede. I don't that think that economic centers that look blue, like Wall St., the Loop, etc, would like to secede to a blue area where they will taxed out of existence.

This is wonderful. They do have moderates in their party who voted for Kerry simply because he is a democrat. The more they rant, and go insane with this, the more they push the moderates out of their party.

A good example is my supervisor who is a died-in-the-wool liberal who happens to be a very good person inside. She voted for Kerry with reservations.

With the amount of vitriol and lunacy in the news and in columns, she wonders if the party has been co-opted by maniacs. She is very seriously wondering about her future voting patterns.

Fine. Let these scumwads crawl back into their holes for another four years. I for one won't miss them. Go, already. Stop telling us you're going to go, just do it, once and for all...

Just more ramblings from the lunatic left. Let it go...
The more you try to refute their lies, the more they feel empowered. Let them stew in their own stupidity. Ignorance is bliss.

We should let you rot. We should secede and leave you to fend for yourselves.

Feel free. When you look at the county map the only blue spots are west coast cities, Chicago, New York City and a few other places like them. You'll starve in a month.

I started to refute the claims made in this diatribe

Why? It's not an argument.

Man: Good morning, I'd like to have an argument, please.
Receptionist: Certainly, sir. Have you been here before?
Man: No, this is my first time.
Receptionist: I see, well we'll see who's free at the moment. Mr. Bakely's free, but he's a little bit concilliatory. No. Try Mr. Barnhart, room 12.
Man: Thank you.

He enters room 12.

Angry man: WHADDAYOU WANT?
Man: Well, Well, I was told outside that...
Angry man: DON'T GIVE ME THAT, YOU SNOTTY-FACED HEAP OF PARROT DROPPINGS!
Man: What?
Angry man: SHUT YOUR FESTERING GOB, YOU TIT! YOUR TYPE MAKES ME PUKE! YOU VACUOUS STUFFY-NOSED MALODOROUS PERVERT!!!
Man: Yes, but I came here for an argument!!
Angry man: OH! Oh! I'm sorry! This is abuse!
Man: Oh! Oh I see!
Angry man: Aha! No, you want room 12A, next door.
Man: Oh...Sorry...
Angry man: Not at all!
Angry man: (under his breath) stupid git.

Uhh ... this is satire (crude, but satire).

# Irony, sarcasm, or caustic wit used to attack or expose folly, vice, or stupidity. dictionary.reference.com.

See the first paragraph:
Comment The defeated Kerry may have called for unity last week, but already radical elements inside and outside of the Democrat party are arguing for the abandonment of the old ways of cosy consensus. One such organisation, formed even as the last queues for the ballots ebbed away, styles itself "The New Democrat Outreach Program." The Register has been contacted by one NDOP activist, styling himself Commandante Camembert, with an early draft of the organisation's first communique to the nation. "We must," says Camembert, "learn to speak to all of the people. But we mustn't be afraid to sneer when we do it." We think they've got that right already, although the "outreach" may need some work. Anway, here it is:
Commandante Camembert is one of the giveaways.

Here's a clue: we are not your enemies...

Here's a clue back: yes, you are.

We should let you rot. We should secede and leave you to fend for yourselves.

You'd starve to death in a week, but please go right ahead. No one's going to stop you.

[remaining drivel]

Oh boo hoody hoo.

Here in the Blue States, Democrats and Republicans alike generate the lion's share of America's wealth, although it is you Reds who provide the lion's share of the stoop labor. You are our Mexicans, so to speak. We could not have accomplished the economic miracle that is America without your willing capitulation to a system that lies to you and fucks you over at every turn.

Let me see now, The Blues hate the corporations because they are evil and greedy. Yet they brag about the blue states helping to create the nations wealth. This person talks like a socialist/communist school dropout.
