>>WTF does this have to do with the 14th amendment?<<
Not a damn thing, just discussion of how our gov't works.
I know of someone similar in Oregon. The best part about his situation is he was a millionare when he was 21, thanks to Daddy.
Nice quiet guy. The Sheriff invited him to go fishing and they had a long talk about federal and state citizenship, need for driver licenses and such. He was later invited to the Sheriff Office to explain it all to the deputies. He brought a retired judge with him.
He hasn't been harrassed in the last 10 years that I was in regular contact with him.
Under the 2001 Tax Act, a number of provisions, including repeal of the estate tax and GST tax, take effect January 1, 2010. Under the sunset provision of the 2001 Tax Act, however, all provisions of the Act are repealed as of January 1, 2011. In theory, on January 1, 2011, the estate, gift and GST tax provisions will revert to those now in effect (including a maximum marginal Federal tax rate of 55% and lower Applicable Exclusion Amount, Lifetime Gift Exemption and GST exemption).

Did I open your eyes to something you weren't aware of? Is that why you aren't making another "WTF" reply?

55%!
Highway robbery.
And here I thought you'd consider this good news.
Yes, it expires in 2010. So, if this is that important to you, you have six years to organize a grass roots effort to make sure it remains.
Or you can wait six years and then bitch about how our government doesn't work.
I thought I was the one who brought this to your attention. The answer is no.
Any interest in discussing the 14th amendment, or do you wish to just focus on the U.S. Tax Code?
>>you have six years to organize a grass roots effort to make sure it remains.<<
I have protected my estate from this nonsense with an flp. Those who don't take some measures will have to bite the bullet.
The paper is on State Citizenship. What do you know about that subject vs Federal Citizenship?
What's your opinion?
It's a much worse crime than highway robbery FRiend...
"The right of citizens (small "c") of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude."

What's with the small "c?"
My personal opinion is that I don't understand what the laws actually represent anymore and I'm not about to try resistance against the Feds over "The right of citizens (small "c") or Citizens (large C) or CITIZEN (ALL CAPITALS) of the United States".
We have effectively been reduced to serfdom by all the agency rulings, never mind the actual laws.
Censorship has been accepted by the general population and most people attempt to obey these despicable rulings.
The slide to socialism is gaining speed and the Freepers sit back and complain that there is not universal support for troops fighting terrorists in Iraq.
The diversion worked well.
Excellent info
Oh, I get it completely! A "person" is a 14th Amendment corporate entity. The difference between "the People" and "a person" is the difference between a statutory slave and Free Man!
And one more thing, People are domicile, persons reside. The devil is in the details!
Now... do you get it?
Vince Flynn has already told us how to handle these problems.
