CARVILLE CRACKS UP ON 'PRESS'
New York Post

THE yolk's on Clinton political guru James Carville who shocked everyone on "Meet the Press" yesterday morning by smashing a raw egg on his head. The point?
To dramatize the fact that he had egg on his face after wrongly predicting that Democrat John Kerry was going to win the presidential election.

He's worn the trash can on his head for blowing the 2002 elections...and now the egg on his face for missing the '04 races...in 2006 he can go for the hat trick by failing to inform his listeners that Republicans will make further gains in the Senate.

Hehe. I like James Carville. He's got a sense of humor, and he's clearly not all bad, given the woman he's married to. Don't get me wrong, I wish him many more humiliating defeats, but I still think he'd be a fun guy to know.

This one was kinda weird. The trash can on the head bit was really hilarious though

James Carville is so evil that Satan has an autographed photo of him on his desk.
To: Mount Athos
It may not be so weird, considering how looney the left has been for the past 4 years.

Okay... listen... is this a joke, parody, a SNL joke, or what? Did the snake actually do this??? If this dolt is the mouthpiece for an American political party, then we're in deep shi'ite. Then again maybe not; depending on voter mentality next time around.

Yes, he did. I caught the rerun of MTP a couple of hours ago. Russert brought up his predictions, he reached for an egg and surprised Mary and Russert by smashing it against his forehead.
To: kattracks
Well, at least someone in the Democratic party is seeing the election for what it was and is not putting the blame elsewhere.
I think he is one of the most dangerous men on the "other" side. He will be back and ready in 2006 you can count on it.
Hats off to him for publically shaming himself.

Thanks! Old BATMAN villain (from the days of the Adam West/Burt Ward TV show, I mean) by the name of "Egghead"; played -- gloriously, I might add -- by the inimitable and much-missed Vincent price. :)

IMO, Carville is behind the Memogate scandal at SeeBS. I think he put Dandy Dan up to it. It has all the earmarks of one of his dirty tricks.

The really funny part was hearing Mary Matalin comforting him. "Oh, it wasn't all that bad..." while she was wiping the egg off him. LOL.
And he handed over a check for $1000 to boys and girls clubs to Russert for losing a bet.

On the same show Russert asked him if he thought Bush had a mandate.
Carville replied, "the only one who has a mandate is Jim McGreevey"
I had to laugh, despite my dislike for the guy.

Actually what he said made a lot of sense. He said we(deomocrats) have a real problem, and we better start lookiing at why we're losing elections. It's not just one election 3 of the last 10 presidents have been democrats.
(I paraphrase)
I want (and this country needs) an opposition that has adults in charge. People that live on the same planet as the rest of us do, one where the sky is blue and there's only one moon.
