Muhammed had not even one witness to the fact that he said he saw an angel and talked with him, not even one witness.
The USA has many metally ill who claim that they have talked to angels, too, so just what makes this one any more special?

Actually, Mohammed was an epileptic and he had his visions when he was having grand mal seizures. At one time he started to commit suicide because he thought he was possessed by a demon. His wife found out about his thoughts of suicide and talked him out of committing suicide and also convinced him that he was a prophet because his visions must be of angels not demons.
Matthew Chapter 24 warns that many false prophets will appear. Mohammed was one of them.
