Excellent choice...most excellent. I don't want November to end. I wonder how the rest of the world, including Kofi Annan, is reacting to this news. My first guess would be,
"OH, CRAP!"

I pray it will be Condi - she would be the BEST SOS we've ever seen - She's brilliant, super educated, speaks a gazillion languages, is calm under fire, (a world class concert pianist and sports buff,) congenial but can wield the sword when necessary - WHO could she not communicate with?

"I think Condi would be a better Secretary of State then Powell."Before I heard that Condi would (maybe) be taking his place, my first thought was that Mickey Mouse would do a better job than Powell. The only cabinet choice I did not agree with was Powell's.
