Althought it is true that the vast majority of those abused do not go on to be abusers there are other factors that need to be taken into consideration.
The entire culture reinforces the behavior.
The children are taught in Madrassas that it is right, just and appropriate to hate and that killing infidels is praiseworthy behavior.

You're talking about western kids, where at some point they will come to understand or be made to understand that what happened to them was wrong. Those children are given another model of behavior to embrace. They see that there is another way, one of compassion and love, and they break the familial chain of abuse.
Muslim children are never given that other model of behavior bcse abuse is the ONLY model of behavior in their society. There is no alternative. Thus, it becomes all but impossible for them to do anything but repeat the behavior.
I agree with you that the so-called rewards for terrorism play into it, but you have to wonder: would the only way to receive unconditional love, mercy, and compassion - martyrdom - be so appealing to them if any of those things were available to them in their everyday lives?
You mean circumcision of older boys without anesthesia? I found at least one article where it was done to a 5 and 9 year old boy in Australia. The charges against the father who did it were dropped. It may very well be done in the US as well.
That is not at all inconsistent. The Koran allows men to have sex with women obtained "by their own hand," i.e. prostitutes (but only infidels) and women who are "spoils of war." Consorting with lap dancers - i.e. infidel women acting like "prostitutes" - is totally consistent with their interpretation of the Koran.
