It is their mind set to behave like this to anyone in their 'charge'. When they were confronted with UN outrage about the treatment of prisoners during the Korean conflict, they said that the prisoners were treated no differently than any criminal in any Korean jail. It was true because that's the way civilian detainees were treated.

No surprise here. Just another level of savagery.

Well if they didn't put underwear on their head, I guess it's no big deal.

'The experiments are on a different scale and for different reasons than those of the Nazis, Mr. Cooper said.'
well as long as they weren't acting like the Nazis, then Madelaine could overlook it. She was imagining herself as "Anna" in "the King and I", and couldn't be interrupted...

Madeline Albright has all of the qualities of a witch. A witch? I think she is a lot worse than that.

"North Korean scientists are said to have conducted lethal gas experiments on political prisoners in the 1970s that were still happening as recently as 2002.
"The attitude of the scientists ... was these were political prisoners, they were as good as dead anyway, and therefore, utilizing them for experiments held really no moral implications whatsoever."

So where is the outrage from the UN and human rights groups, which go into seizures, when we strip some terrorists naked?

When the regime of Kim Jong-il finally fails and falls, and as we did with the fall of the USSR and they opened the KGB archives (before being buttoned up again)
we in the West may only have a few days or weeks to get into the Korean Workers Party archives in Pyongyang at Party headquarters, and get out their internal intelligence documents that detail, from their side, the travels and negotiations of various naive, 'useful idiot' Americans to Pyongyang, such as
Madeline Albright who shamelessly toasts a man who orders chemical weapons experiments on human beings (and comments on how wonderfully impressive his Nuremburg-esque 'mass games' were in the stadium while later dancing with brainwashed little kids singing such lovely kindergarten tunes as "We Will Slit The Throats Of The Imperialists Until They Bleed No More"), and other American saps who went on Appeasement Missions up there, such as
President Clinton's half-(wit)brother or Jimmy Carter or JN Ambassador Bill Richardson or Jack Pritchard and Sig Hecker. In the Korean Worker's Party offices that would have tracked, deceived, used and managed such shit-eaters (as the Soviets would disdainfully call their 'useful idiots' in the West), it will be very, very interesting to see what the North Korean internal notes do say.
I say, obtain, translate and publish these entirely and RUIN for good the careers and legacies of those disgraceful Americans who went up there and gave that monster and his father more time via appeasement to carry out this incontrovertible and dastardly crimes against humanity.

sorry for the rant, but i really get going whenever I see these photos of so-called "Americans" and on the other hand know what the DPRK has done and is still doing to human beings
