Greetings in the name of God Our Father and His Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hosea 4:6, Mal 2:10,5-7; Mark 4:22-23; Eze 2; 3:1-11

I am writing to you to express my concerns about our God-given (divine Gen 1:26) unalienable rights expressed in the following documents: Holy Scriptures (Isa 8:20; Deu 6, 10:12-21, 29:29,30; 2Tim 3:14-17), Mayflower Compact, 1215 & 1297 Magna Cartas (the Common Law), Charters of the 13 Colonies, the Declaration of Independence, the Rights of Man (co-authored by Thomas Jefferson & the Marquis de Lafayette), the US and State Constitutions, the Bill of Rights (1-10,13& 14), Articles of Confederation, the Federalist Papers, and Title 18 USC @ 241 and 242. (Mal 2:6-7; Isa 1:2-31; Lev 19:2,4,11,13,15-18; Deu 26:16-19, 27:16-19, 29:12-15; 2 Tim 2:19-26, 3:1-17, 4:1-4)

The genesis of my concern is a lack of liberty as guaranteed to us by our fore/founding fathers (men created by God (disciples, Christians) Prov 2). An explanation for the requirement to pay compulsory taxes, obtain licenses (marriage, hunting, fishing, and "drivers" (for privately owned vehicles)), and provide ID and maintain records within a nation founded on personal liberty and purchased by the blood, sweat, tears and sacrifice of men -- to become a nation where 100 years ago such things were unheard of and prohibited BY LAW (the Constitutions (US and State), the Bill of Rights, and US Supreme Court opinions).

My research based upon the documents framed by our forefathers and the Word of God (the Holy Bible/Scripture) and the commandments of our Lord Jesus asks the question to professing Christians and all Americans: Are we the created sons of God (man/men/spiritual beings) or profane persons (bastards/carnal/fleshly)?

Of course, before I (or we) point to others for an explanation of our condition/status we must look at ourselves.

We have somehow forgotten who/what we are (man -- a never changing condition or status; named by God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Gen 1:26); and who we belong to: the Creator God-- the Lord Jesus Christ (His creation and purchased by His blood, living temples of God) Rom 14:7-9; 1,2,3 John; 2 Tim 1:9.

These two material facts framed the covenant among men and between men and God in the Mayflower Compact -- which expressly established the truth that Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Supreme Lord God, King (King of Israel John 1:49, 12:13; Mark 12:29; Luke 19:38; Gen 17:2-7 (Gen 14:13, Abraham the Hebrew, father of many descendants and nations), 48:16-19 (great nation); Josh 1:2-9, 16-18, and Heb 13:8), and Potentate of this nation and land -- America. You can add the Common Law: the Magna Cartas (1215 (King John) & 1297 (King Edward) are still in effect (included in the US and State Constitutions). The king(s) ruled by the Grace of the Lord God.

Since the Revolutionary War, We the People, occupying the land by Divine right, God-created sons and daughters are the Sovereigns (joint-heirs, kings, lords and sovereigns) of the Nation (US Supreme Court, Chisholm v Georgia) and the ordaining authority as expressed in our Laws (covenant among men), the Constitutions (US and State) by our (forefathers) hands (sovereign (divine) power).

Our Constitutions (Article 6, sec 1:2 & 3)- and usually Article 1 of State Constitutions are the only Laws we can violate or be held to account for as free men and women. The provisions agree with the 5 commandments that affect the intercourse between men given by Our God on Mount Sinai through Moses (the 10 Commandments). We live, move and have our being by the authority of, the power of and in the name of our Lord and Master Jesus Christ. We (the living) occupy the land (the earthly Kingdom of God AKA the Republic (Article 4, sec 4 -- which government workers/civil servants of a fictional government swear/affirm to support (Article 6, sec 1:2 & 3). We the People (flesh and blood) are the only lawful and legitimate Sovereign power of the United States of America (Rev 1:5-6, Gen 1:26).

We act for God, our Lord, Master, Judge and Lawgiver (Rev 1:6; Ps 47). Only we can -- not the politicians of the land. Hence our dilemma.

Since of the reign of terror imposed by the tyrant and self-willed usurper Roosevelt (1937 Inaugural Address and 1933 Bank Act), those who vow to God and We the People by oath to serve us have been promoting Democracy (demon crazy - doctrines of men) and mystically (by sorcery and craft) ruling over us (Lam 5:7-8; Isa 10:1-2)

Many brothers would point to Romans 13 and say we should obey the civil government. Rome was a Gentile "occupying" power. Daniel prophesied the rise of this world power that would affect the Jewish people. However, based upon the Word of God, historical documents, speeches, sermons and the personal writings of our forefathers (Federalist Papers) -- our civil servants are subject to us (Chisholm v. Georgia).

We are under Grace and Truth (the Lord Jesus Christ 1 Cor 11:3). Public/civil servants (those working for us) by virtue of documents our forefathers created, ordained, and established for our posterity - not political parties (Preamble of US and State Constitutions) -- are under LAW (dead -- note the black robes of judges (2 Chron 19:6-7). The dead (under law) can't rule the living unless we disobey God and defile ourselves by violating His laws, commandments and statutes (Dan 6:5; Luke 20:38)

Genesis 3:1 is being reenacted by all of us. We are commanded to trust and obey God only. We are not to trust men (Exo 19:5-6; Isa 8:11-20, 10:1-2)

There is only one name that ever applies to us - Man. We may work (voluntary servants) as farmers, secretaries and lawyers, but we are still Man.

In the 1930s using the Commerce Clause, the usurper Roosevelt (like Constantine over his Roman legions --baptizing them Christians by the wave of his arm), falsely proclaimed authority, over the American people and this nation by virtue of his fictional office (a verbal coup d'etat) and misstating our citizenship -- granting his administration (and his successors) through unconstitutional proclamations (declaring national emergencies and issuing executive orders -- over property not belonging to him) to claim jurisdiction outside of Constitutional authority (Article 1 and 2).

Article 1, sec 8:17 states the areas of US government authority is: the District of Columbia, post offices, military installations, arsenals, drydocks, federal office buildings, lands "purchased" with consent from the State legislatures and territories: Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Guam).

The 50 States are sovereign (US Supreme Court) nation/states (foreign) under the authority of We the People -- with our own subordinate governments ordained by the People of the State.

George Washington's Farewell Address warns us of the dangers of political parties and foreign intrigues -- warning us to be vigilant for our liberties.

We are a nations of idolaters, deceivers and liars (Exo 20:1-5, 15-17; Prov 5).

To put our trust in civil servants/officers of a earthly non-living entity is wickedness itself (idolatry 1 Pet 4:8; Matt 22:32).

Is it any wonder that our nation and people are under God's curse and His impending judgment (Jacob's trouble) upon this nation is only moments away? (Isa 5:18-29; Deu 32:1-43; Mal 3:5-7, 4:1-4)

We are commanded to trust God not men (Matt 22:37-40; Mark 7:6-7, 20-23; Eph 4:14-25, 27-31; 1 & 2 John, Jude)

"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me." I don't know the source of that childhood ditty, but nothing could be further from the truth. Everyone knows name-caling can be offensive.

We are calling each other names (falsehoods -- bearing false witness Dan 6:5), which leads to other criminal conduct: slander, blasphemy, obstruction of justice, taxation (Gal 5:19-21).

The focus of this message is naming conventions (lying using Hegelian dialectics) 2 Cor 2:11.

Genesis 1 and 2 state, and our forefathers reaffirmed that God the Father (the Holy One of Israel), God the Son (King of Israel), and God the Holy Spirit named us Man. There is no other name that applies to these bodies of flesh, bone and blood.

Job titles applied to work for which we get wages are legal. Fictional (commercial - 2 Pet 2:4) names not attached to an occupation exist only to steal, kill and destroy (2 Cor 2:11; Eph 6:12; 2 Tim 3:13; Tit 1:10-11) -- creating involuntary servants or slaves (to sin).

These names are dead (profane Lev 21:1,6,11-12). Like sin they defile a man and are the same as calling someone a bastard. Examples: Mister (Mr./Mrs.), employee, motorist, resident, occupant, patient, taxpayer, customer, purchaser, home/property owner, buyer, defendant, plaintiff, litigant, respondent, applicant, etc.

A term like voter (by voice) is a political term -- the Constitutional name for the Sovereigns who cast a ballot is elector (by hand).

These terms of earthly (man-made, sinful) and are to used to deceive and manipulate.

Other terms deceive when used by those in different statuses: free man vs. servant (working -- for government(s) or corporations). Examples: person, owner and individual. A free man calling another free man a person results in no harm. However, a servant (worker) calling a free man a person can result in great harm being done (John 3:16).

This trick (fraud) is perpetrated in legislatively produced statutes, regulations, policies and other governmental and corporate bureaucracies. Statutes which violate constitutional protections are null and void (US Supreme Court).

Our failure to believe and obey God our Father and King (Deuteronomy and the Gospel of our Lord, and the admonitions of our forefathers has led us to our present woeful condition (1 Kings 12:8, 13-14). Our forefathers advised us to elect men who feared God to public office.

The question must be asked: how can a government civil servant (elected/appointed) expand upon clearly limited and enumerated duties and responsibilities and claim authority and mystical (sorcery) powers (control over the nation/states, authorize unconstitutional police forces, claim leadership over We the People, and the ability to broker international affairs and send America's sons to foreign nations because of "national interest." (Jer 51:5-33, 50:4-46; 2 Thess 1:7-10).

These are the very things our forefathers fought a war against and are decried in the list of grievances against King George in the Declaration of Independence, the tyrant of their time.

Instead of proclaiming the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ (as our forefathers covenanted to do in the Mayflower Compact), our politicians are promoting the demon crazy Democracy (tenets of the Communist/Marxist and Humanist Manifestos). The Gospel of Our Lord is Life -- Democracy is Death. Where can these self-willed tyrants (antichrists) lead us? -- only to death and national destruction (Deu 28).

These people are doing so by not complying with our LAW (the Constitutions which were meant to be a barrier between us and them), but through false oaths (Lev 6:2-5; Deu 23:21-23), lies, deceit, false witness and legislative frauds robbing us of our birthrights.

Like Adam and Eve before us (Gen 3:1) those who shouldn't be talking to us all (paper doesn't talk) have caused us to disobey God resulting in sin, death (Heb 3:14-15) and separation from God's protection.

Our Lord is the God of Holiness, Righteousness and Truth and we are commanded to abide in him; if we lie about ourselves or others we become servants (bondage)to sin. We are to abide in Him and act in His name, not our own (vanity) which can easily be misused as I'll explain in a few moments.

Cruel taskmasters (Democracy and political parties) who call good evil and evil good (1 Sam 8:4-20; Luk 6:43-46).

Ancient Israel is our example for wanting "earthly" kings and taking on the ways of the heathen nations (Baal) around them (1 Sam 8:5-8; Ecc 1:9-11).

In Matt 7:24-27, Jesus (the Rock) talks about building on sand. The sands of our time are: political parties, fraternities/sororities, associations, committees, corporations, secret societies, organizations, lodges, and some religious denominations. These entities are man-made institutions not founded on the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. They are soulless, godless, possessing neither life nor body (dead things – profane Lev 18:24; Mark 7:14-16, 21-23; Isa 8:19, 9:16; Eph 4:17-20; Rom 1:18-32, 3:12-20; 8:6-8, 16:17-18).

Like the ancient Gentile powers they promote ungodly agendas. Our Lord Jesus is the God of the living – our adversary Satan is the god of the dead. We are commanded not to associate with the children of iniquity lest we get overcome with their sins (Deu 31:29; Ps 10, 14, 37, 94). We are called to holiness like our Lord is Holy (Lev 20:28; Deu 14:2).

Recall the paintings of the delegates (men) assembled at the Constitutional convention at Philadelphia. They were seated or standing above the document (paper) they framed “as gods.”(Ps 82:6)

Today, we the children of those men by blood, birth, and heritage look (idolatry Hos 4:12) to the officers of the fictional government they created for leadership, sustenance, and justice then wonder why things are so bad in our nation (Deu 29:9-29). Like our forefathers, only we (free men) can determine the Law(s) of this land. Our Law (the Constitutions – covenants among men) and the laws of God are mocked, our traditional and moral values challenged, our courts are perverted, and our schools are overrun by humanism because we’re idolaters and liars.

The Constitutions (US and States) place no requirement on Men (created by God) to do anything other than what our Lord Jesus commanded us to do – love thy neighbor (do not steal, kill, covet, bear false witness, or commit adultery) – enabling everyone to pursue happiness as God has enabled (US Supreme Court: Hale v. Henkel).

Citizenship. Being in Christ Jesus (Gal 3:26-29), our present and eternal citizenship is in heaven, seated with Christ Jesus (Kingdom of God/Heaven). Our temporal citizenship is tied to what God created – land and the nation it defines. We are Sovereign over the land/nation so citizenship is constitutionally started as: citizen of the United (50) States of America (Article 1, sec 2:2, Article 2, sec 2:5, and the 14th Amendment. As the 14th Amendment states those born in this land are automatically guaranteed all Constitutional protections at birth.

Thanks to Roosevelt’s exploitation of the Commerce clause (Article 1, sec 8:3) and promotion of demon crazy Democracy (code name/alias/cover for the “isms”: communism, Marxism, socialism, humanism, secularism, atheism, feminism (witches), fascism, Nazism, Darwinism, Freudism, globalism and all other antichrist belief systems (New Age, New World Order) and ideologies (Rom 1:18-32, 2:1-9; Luke 6:6:43-46)) – thus the term “US citizen.”

A US (United States) citizen is a corporation. The fictional US and states government created by words on paper cannot produce life or reality. It can only create fictional entities like itself.

Men were already in existence and created by a higher power (the Creator God Luke 20:25), and can trace their ancestry back through 6,000 years of history to Creation itself (Gen 1 and 2; Luke 3:23; Matt 1:1-17).

Misnomers and fictions (2 Pet 2:4) are the primary way the governmental entities and corporations rob the people of the land. As already stated neither governments nor corporations walk this earth. Civil servants are not “leaders” outside of their fictional branch of government and only over those they supervise.

Here is where the children of iniquity and craft – primarily law merchants and unelected bureaucratic regulators have deceived the people of our nation (Dan 6:5, 8:23-25)

The name of a man – by the rules of American English (grammar) is a proper name or personal pronoun – for example, Thomas Allen Smith. My certified birth certificate verifies this as a”material fact.” A man’s name is his property (copyright). There is no constitutional authority for a government entity or corporation (credit bureaus) to keep records or data on men – we are God’s property (bearing His image, alien citizens, 4th, 5th, and 9th amendments, US Supreme Court: Hale v. Henkel).

Take out your government issued ID/permission card – the driver’s license. Notice that the name printed on this card is in capital letters, for example: THOMAS ALLEN SMITH. Annotated on this card is either DRIVER or OPERATOR. Above your “deer in the headlights” picture (image) is embossed STATE OF ____. The Motor Vehicle clerk asked you to “sign” this card. Congratulations!!! You’ve just allowed the fictional state government to convert you from a free man (a God-created being and citizen of the Republic), to a fictional corporate person called DRIVER; issued STATE license plates whereby STATE (and local) police can monitor your conduct on STATE roads, punish your traffic (commerce) violations, require you to obtain insurance (gambling), buckle your seat belts (personal liberty), and if you live in this state pay excise taxes (applicable only to commercial activity and products). All in the name of Democracy of course.

Several crimes (I call this and as well as other government inspired chicanery racketeering) have been committed by your loving State government civil servants (Matt 7:15-20; Deu 5:19-21). The 4th, 5th, 9th, and 14th amendments and the Common Law have been deliberately violated by ignorance and misinformation, using scientific methodologies such as: conditioning, indoctrination, training, propaganda, and of course, Force.

The force consists of enforcing statutory (fictional) law by legislatively created (and armed) statutory police/law enforcement officers. These folks know (training) enforce the traffic laws of the STATE. In communist doctrine these folks would (as well as many others who perform “government” work) “useful idiots.” Folks all of us attended school, opened the history books (before revisionism set in) and read that “all men are created equal, with certain unalienable rights, life, liberty...” from the Declaration of Independence; and heard if not read that the US Constitution was the LAW of the land. A legal maxim is "Ignorance of the law is no excuse."

You’re (driver) guilty of violating STATE law without trial (based on the word of the police officer (violation of the God’s and the Common Law) because drivers (corporations) have few/limited constitutional rights.

To act in the name of the STATE is unconstitutional (14th Amendment)– the Constitutions only authorize governments to act in the name of the People (Kings / Sovereigns of the land). Doesn’t this activity sound familiar – say the Soviet Union or Nazi Germany? Is this treachery (without Article 1 or 2 authority) the benefit of Roosevelt’s New Deal (Ecc 1:9-10) or LBJ’s Great Society? This (democracy) is the form of government our “leaders” in Washington are exporting to the world?

What could our Almighty God and King response be to this wickedness? (Isa 1:2-31, 5:1-30, 47; Amos 5; Jeremiah (all passages referring to “house of Israel”); Deu 28:15-63; Dan 7:4-5 (v4 (America’s?) eagle wings plucked v.5 bear (generally considered to be Russia) devours much flesh – whose flesh?); Rev 18; Eze 38, 39 (there are at least 16 major mountain ranges within America. The Jews of the modern State of Israel are descendants of the kingdom of Judah (Matt 1:17; Ezra 4:1). The 10 tribes of the kingdom of Israel are still in exile scattered among the Gentile nations after Assyrian captivity (2 Kings 17:1-23) – until the latter days (Gen 49:1; Deu 11:11-25, 14:2,32:1-43). As the book of Ruth pictures (Naomi-children of kingdom of Israel, Ruth-Gentile who accepts of Israel (Body/Church of Christ), Orpah-Gentile who does not accept God, Boaz-picture of our Redeemer, Jesus Christ, Moab-Gentile nations) our destiny (Abrahamic covenant) is tied to Israel's past, present and future (through our Lord Jesus Christ, the Law of Moses and the prophets) Our Lord God is a God of unity -- not division.

The persons of men (possessing a living body) are not the same as a legislated STATE person (corporation – invented out of thin air). Corporations are created by submitting papers and asking the local or state government for the right to exist as a commercial enterprise – legal fictions authorized to exist by We the People in the Constitutions.

For a man to be required to possess a license he must be “working” for a corporation driving a commercial vehicle (taxi, bus, truck, and plane) carrying passengers for hire or cargo (US Supreme Court: numerous opinions since 1904 and a multitude of lesser courts).

To travel in a privately owned/acquired automobile (pleasure vehicle) is an unalienable right (9th amendment). Why should a Sovereign(s) (co-heirs) need permission from subordinates to roam his/their own land? (John 13:16) We own the land through God’s grant of domain (Gen 1:26), and everything on, below, and above the earth of this nation.

This process of changing what is true (a man’s name) to something false (for gain or profit) is a felony crime called conversion. Not only do the wicked purveyors and practitioners of this criminal conduct rob us by deceit of our legal and unalienable rights, they kidnap us (a felony punishable by death (Exo 21:16) from the Kingdom of God/Republic to make us involuntary servants to the demon crazy democracy (13th Amendment).

This treachery extends itself to falsified public records (betrayal of public trust)– resulting in being referred to as: resident, occupant, property/home owner, and taxpayer. In the wicked STATE/COUNTY courts people are referred to as: defendant, litigant, client, plaintiff, and respondent (Luke 11:46; Mark 9:42); judges (fictional judicial officers) are referred to as: “your honor” – how can the dead have honor? Only among the dead (Matt 8:22).

Corporations (a fiction created by a fiction utilizing the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) mystically refer to people as: purchaser, shopper, mortgagee, customer, card holder, buyer, etc. – and make harassing calls into our homes (telemarketers and bill collectors).

Use of these terms leads to harassment, theft, extortion, intimidation, obstruction of justice, false accusation, slander, false imprisonment, entrapment, repossession/confiscation of property, jury rigging, illegal entry, improper warrants, false accusation, illegal compulsory taxation (estate, payroll, property, inheritance, excise), denial of due process and other Constitutional and Common Law rights, etc.

For a federal, state, county, local government officer (civil servant) to commit any of these acts against what are clearly men is a federal crime (Title 18 USC @ 241 and 242: Acting under color of law, and Deprivation of rights). The 14th Amendment, Article VI, sec 1:2, and the State’s Constitutions prohibit any law/statute created by government(s) from violating Constitutional protections (US Supreme Court: several opinions).

Of course, if the men (We the People Deu 10:12-22), of this nation, especially those of us who profess Jesus Christ as Lord, are only going to recognize ourselves as men in our safe houses: houses and church buildings – then the Gentile politicians (professional slanders and blasphemers, greedy for power and authority over others (unlawfully) Matt 4:8-9), will continue to tread on us until God destroys this nation (Rom 12:2,16:17,18; 1 Cor 3:11-23)

Are we Esau’s despising our birthright (Heb 12:12; Gen 27:34-36), or the children of promise, sons of the Living, Eternal God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob? Our Lord Jesus Christ has given us the Keys to the Kingdom – His Name and Authority (Matt 16:9; 1 Sam 17:45; Col 3:17; John 14:14; Acts 2:38, 3:6, 9:29; 10:48; Ps 124), and in this battle against spiritual powers of wickedness we need Him in these times of peril (Mark 16:17; Esth 4:13-14, 7:3-6; Eph 6:10-20; Gal 5:1)

I believe our prayers over the evils in this nation (2 Chron 7:14; Hos 6:1-3, 4:4:1-4) will be answered when the Body of Christ / American people realize the sins of the people of this nation mentioned in this message has hindered their prayers from being answered and are as evil as the ones committed by our adversaries. If we start speaking the truth to each other and repent (Dan 9: 3-19) and confess our sins God will be again bless our nation (2 Tim 3:13-17. Titus 2:7-8; Jude; 1, 2, and 3 John;Matt 24:36-44; Gen 35:2; Rev 18:4-8; Exo 19:10-11).

This message may be freely reproduced, distributed, modified for redundancies and grammar, throughout the Body of Christ and concerned Americans.

Many people say that we cannot go to a thirs Party Candidate. We may HAVE TO, inorder to reestablish our BASIC CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. They have been so twisted from their original intent and meaning.
