Skip to comments."Unfit For Command" Author Considers Challenging Kerry in Senate Race

John Kerry's nightmarish challenge by his Swift Boat veterans and their allies may not be over.
NewsMax recently chatted with Jerry Corsi, the co-author with Swiftee John O'Neill of "Unfit for Command" the runaway New York Times best seller that torpedoed Kerry's presidential campaign.
Attending a conference in the suburbs of Washington recently, Corsi let it be known that he is actively considering a run against Sen. Kerry when his term is up.
Corsi is not a Massachusetts native, but says he has already scouted for property to declare his residence there.
He appeared excited about the challenge. Federal law allows him to declare his candidacy at any time and open up a full fusillade against the Senate's most liberal member.
Corsi thinks his criticisms of Kerry will be well received in the state that elected Republican Mitt Romney. Even Bush fared better in Massachusetts in 2004 against its home state candidate than he did against Gore in 2000.
Corsi also notes that his Italian-Irish ancestry will give him an edge in a state given to ethnic voting. Kerry is neither Irish nor Italian, Corsi notes.
As word has circulated about a possible candidacy, Corsi says he has been flooded with e-mails of support.
Corsi said he has read news reports that Kerry is considering a lawsuit against him, O'Neill and the Swift Boat Vets.
Presumably the suit would be for defamation. The New York Post's Page Six quoted a top aide to Kerry saying the senator would need to file such a suit if he has any prayer of making a presidential bid in 2008. Incredibly, Kerry is said to be considering such a run.
Corsi said he and O'Neill have discussed the possibility of the lawsuit, and both said they might offer to pay Kerry for the FedEx charges to serve them with any court papers.
"Quote me: Bring it on!" Corsi said with a chuckle.
Oh...this would be rich!
Hehehe.... but I don't think Massachusetts will elect a conservative Republican to the U.S Senate.
I wish O'Neill and the Swiftees would sue Lawrence O'Donnell and MSNBC for slander.
So, Kerry would have to sue to shut the Swifties up, but he dasn't because they would they get discovery/180?
Corsi has enough dirt even now to make it a great election...
How about someone from Massachusetts that can actually win the race?
Well, if Corsi is going to do it, establish residency now and don't by an Alan Keyes usurper.
This is the best news I have had today!
Looks like the entire US Senate will fail to impeach Hanoi Kerry.
Looks like 55 R seats in the US Senate mean nothing.
Once again the "silent majority" will cave into the anti-war protestors.
Please take the time to read this article.
How long till the next attack on the military by Hanoi Kerry?
ABC, AP, CBS, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, NBC, NY Times
will be sure to bring you Hanoi Kerry's latest propaganda.
Then ask your US Senator why Hanoi Kerry is still a US Senator.
Timeline of Hanoi Kerry
I VOW to the 58,000 + Brothers and Sisters on
The Viet Nam Wall who never came home
and to those who died at home from injuries and
from broken hearts.
"I will do everything I LEGALLY can
to expose Hanoi Kerry once and for all.
I will not tire, I will not falter,
and I will not fail.
I solemnly vow to do all I can to restore your honor
until I give my last breath on earth."
EXPOSE HANOI KERRY!
Distribute these url's!
There is a backup site
if the 1st url is unavailable.
Ah, these guys are priceless!!!!!
He had to drop out of sight during the campaign because of his ill-chosen words.
Well you being a MA resdient would certainly know alot more about the Traitor's living conditions than I. LOL
But I would certainly support(read donate) Corsi or even O'Neill running against the Traitor.
He can run as a Democrat in the Democratic primary. If he wins, his election in November would be virtually assured. At least he could weaken Kerry enough that he wouldn't coast to an easy win in the fall. Kerry would have to choose between running for President in a presidential election year or keep his Senate job. My guess is he'll stay in the Senate til he retires or dies. Uncle Ted's almost pushing up daisies.
It's because he's dead. Just look at him. Looks like he was dug up, and is dead man walking.
If Johnny-boy DOES sue him (and I doubt he will) all of sKerry's service and medical records would be brought out in the discovery phase----and that would spell fini to sKerry having any iota of respect from nearly anyone (except the DUmmies, of course)
Like Corsi said: "Bring it on!"
Thanks for the links!
PS I, like you, won't rest until the Traitor is out of office.
Maybe not, but he could sure bloody up Kerry big time:)
ALL THE BEST TO YOU, MR.O'NEILL!!!!
oH, how I WISH I could vote in THAT election ;-)
And he rarely shows up in the Senate. The jack-ass seems to spend most of his waking hours playing, not working.
If Corsi runs against The Traitor, the so called MSM could not cover up everything like they did in this election. Kerry would at the very least, be bloodied up and disgraced!
All the best to YOU!
No respect for the dead. LOL
It's now 'Saving Pvt. America' time once again, My Fellow Americans, for...
JOHN KERRY = Enemy of Vientam Vets
...and of Freedom-Loving people everywhere,
The discovery threat would probably keep him from filing.
The sense I have about him is that he's a Liberman type candidate who could probably snatch the Senatorial seat from kerry with ease. And considering his efforts in saving the Country from Kerry, that would be the best way to say 'thank you!'
The MSM is Hanoi Kerry's friend
The Traitor needs to be defeated...then sent packin' ... I think France would be a good place for skerry to settle...never returning to America!
You are probably right. We did come close to electing Bill Weld, but he wasn't exactly a conservative. :) Although George W did get 37 1/2% of the popular vote here in MA! Didn't Bill Clinton win a presidential election with only 43%? So all things are possible! There is a deep unrest among at least 37 1/2% of the citizens here. That's a start.
What I'd really enjoy seeing is keeping a continued pressure on Kerry to release all those documents. The MSM gave him a total pass on those unreleased doc's. His signature on Standard Form 180 would clear up all this mess about his "honorable" military service, his discharge, his medals and his "wounds," and of course, his post war activities.
Since he made that Vietnam boasting opening statement; "Reporting for Duty" he has done nothing but obfuscate the release of ANY documents that'd help us evaluate his legitimacy for that kind of "Duty".
So by all means: "Bring it on! Jerry Corsi!"
"Where do I send my campaign contribution(s)?"
I would send them here and just make the notation what the donation is for.
Because he/she would be a RINO... not a lot of difference between a RINO and a democrat.. except a RINO would increase "the count" in the Senate and provide more pubbies on committees(ALL OF THEM) which the alleged RINO could be excluded from.. at least the most important ones..
Maybe your right.. Hmmmm..
I sincerely doubt Corsi could win.
I do think Kerry is vulnerable. If not necessarily to a Republican challenger, certainly to a strong Democratic challenger.
I wish him well, but with Massachusetts electing Kerry, Kennedy and Barney Frank, it seems doubtful they are looking for a all around good guy like Jerry Corsi.
In that case, I hope he runs as a Democrat. Finally people in the Bay State would have a real choice for a change.
Whatever happened to ole Larry Odonnell? I won't watch MSNBC ever again so maybe he is still on...
I don't mean to nitpick, because I agree with you that Kerry is unfit to be a U.S. Senator, but you don't impeach a Senator. You can by some process kick him out of the Senate, I think, but has that ever been done to anyone in history? Not saying it hasn"t, but I am not aware of it. Just think, Tonk, if the Senate did what was right, would Edward Kennedy have been there, or would he have been kicked out long ago? Even KKK Robert Byrd was still a racist sympathizer after he was elected, many years ago. No surprise, then, that Kerry is still there. But I am all for presenting his truly hideous record to the public, again and again, and I hope it happens.
Well nevertheless he does own property here...but where doesn't he own a property?
But wouldn't the Country love to know about how JF'nKerry had a fire hydrant moved from in front of his Beacon Hill mansion down the road to in front of his neighbor's house because he was getting too many parking tickets for parking next to the hydrant in front of his house when he did come home.
That's fun stuff when the story gets out!
"Has JFnK signed the SF-180 yet?"
The answer is no.
The real question is why no one in the media raise this question.
OR even bothered to ask during the election.
Guess Hanoi Kerry has friends on both the left and right in the media.
Wonder how much money the media made with Hanoi Kerry running?
