I don't trust anything that has an association with Bill MOyers, therefore St. Judes is tainted, much as Heinz Ketchup is tainted.

On the November 5 edition of his public television program, "NOW," liberal media icon and former Democratic Party official Bill Moyers gave us a hint of what's to come. He warned that the Bush administration could be hit hard by the press with corruption stories. Moyers declared that, "I think the next four years are going to be a bonanza for investigative journalism. They just won't learn will they? Ok, Pajamahadeen we've been warned. Let's stay sharp and ready to knock the "Big-Media" down a few more pegs, ala Dan Blather, and maybe pound them into the ground when they try this crap.

I will let my neighbor know that she is being paid with tainted money and be sure to tell the children that they cannot be helped because of the dirty money that pays for their care. In this case I don't care if the Devil himself writes the checks, the families and patients need all of the help that they can get. Where is your compassionate conservatism?

The fact that Bush would jeopardize his re-election possibilities merely to make his wealthy buddies even wealthier doesn't pass a basic test of common sense. Agreed.
Ten days before the election I was filling my tank at the local Sam's Club and I was shooting the breeze with the old timer watching the pumps. I made some comment about gas prices going up and he responded that it was because Bush and his oil buddies were in charge. I responded that it would not make a lot of sense for them to raise gas prices just before an election. He didn't seem to get it - guess that's why he's working at Sam's.

How about we get our new U.S. Attorney General (or Ashcroft before he steps down) or some state AGs to invoke the RICO Act against the DNC, the Clintons, MoveOn.org and all their ilk? Racketeering, corrupt organizations all. Anybody able to get an AG'e ear?

RE "Right now, the only downside for libs is losing elections. "
Actually, I think we are slightly better off than that. For instance, Dan Rather's credibility was so shot by the fraudulant documents that CBS was unable to do any anti-bush pieces during the last month of the election.
I think over the next few years we will reach a point where it actually costs them their jobs.

Violation(s) of the RICO act...practice of fraud to influence the outcome of a federal election...hard jail time for the lot of them...sounds like the way to go.

When your basis for comparison is someone standing with Lenin, someone standing at the center looks "far right".
