McCarthy was on the right track, and if the history books are accurate, he went about it in the wrong way.

Now the poor Beave (Jerry Mathers) might get a part or two.

Well the history books are not exactly accurate as he is often tied to and blamed for the House Committee on UnAmerican Activities.

The first time I read that I asked "But wasn't he a Senator? What was he doing running a House Committee?"

I always find it jaw-dropping that so few people think to ask this question.

I don't know how old you are, but I'm male and nearly 58 now, and I really thought that show was pretty funny (Eddie Haskell: "Gee Mrs. Cleever, don't you look lovely today.".

"Leave it Th Beaver", 'Father Knows Best', and 'Ozzie and Harriet' used to be good clean fun.

There was an episode when Beaver got his head stuck between the bars of a metal fence in a park, the fence with the long, black vertical polls (like jail bars). He was stuck there the whole show. "Gee Wally, how do I get out of here?" LOL!

I guess I'm easily amused.

:-)

LITB is shown on TVland, so I know what you mean.

America lost the innocence it once had, thanks to liberals.

I hear Michael Eisner's dressing up as SpongeBob SquarePants, roaming around Disney World carrying signs saying," I'm glad GWB won."

My 5 year old grand daughter has never liked Sponge Bob. Since she was three, she called Sponge Bob: creepy, icky and stinky.

here's a site that lists the left and right sides of hollywood/celebrities:

http://www.hollywoodrepublicans.com/recommendations.htm

That site lists actor David Keith as recommended for being on the "right."

I recall David Keith engaging in very hot rhetoric against Republicans in the last year or two. Rhetoric reminiscent of Alec Baldwin kind of talk. I also recall David Keith being talked up as a possible future candidate for political office for his native Tennessee.

Based on this, I'd not just assume that these recommended personalities were right or left without a little personal research.

POST #18:

I factored in these are multi-millionaire moguls who have to makeup for the fact that they shirked their tithing duties for years.

Payback really is a b***h.
