I don't know. If a good person involves himself in a movie about Hitler, plays the part, I would not judge his motives if the movie portrayed him as the evil person he was. This just sounds like this film has set out to make a sympathetic intimate up close biography of someone who was sexually abusing infants and children. That's what I question in Liam, that he wants to be so much a part in portraying all Kinsey did so sympathetically instead of so lowly evil and horrific. Some line has been crossed there and that an actor would desire this part with this seeming nasty agenda is..weird.

I think I'm the only one here who has seen the film and Kinsey is not portrayed as an angel by any means. The child molestor he interviews is portrayed exactly as such...a very loathsome character who repels Kinsey's assistant into leaving the room. Kinsey remains and interviews him through gritted teeth 'in the interest of science'.
