Oh no!
She used to be so pretty. She looks rode hard and put away wet now :(
"A first year law student could get her off of this one if these are all the facts."
Not so fast there hoss...
Looks like the officers found her asleep behind the wheel. Likely the keys were in the ignition. That's a DUI in any state.
Sad. I always enjoyed listening to her when I was younger.
Mercy.
All the artsy ones live in Taos.
Same thread but from the Kansas City Star http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1293521/posts
Screwdriver then?
"DUI under the influence. Sleeping and driving are not the same."
Better stick with what you know. Drunks found asleep behind the wheel are routinely charged with and convicted of drunk driving!
I always think of the Imus parody of that song sung by Bill Clinton to Hillary.."I never promised you a full pardon".
Great I can add her to my coffee "mug" collection with Glen Campbell, Nick Nolte, Wynonna, and James Brown. For sell at your local Shell station.
If it weren't for the weight in her face, I would say that alcohol was a side issue in her case. She looks more like a confirmed tweaker than an alky.

She was reported to Denton police by a motorist as driving erratically. When Police reached the area (within a couple of minutes of the call) she was found "asleep" in her vehicle, on the side of Interstate 35. When questioned, she thought she was in Gainesville (about 30 miles to the North of where she was).
The fall from stardom must be painful. Makes me appreciate, even more, my role as a mom-mom, getting all the sweet hugs from my grandbabies.
