"Robert Blake?"
Don't think that is right, Baretta isn't recent and wasn't a sitcom.
Can't be Ritter either, #1 he's deceased, #2 no violence involved.
ARGH! Things like this make me crazy. WHO IS IT!?!?!?!

"Some of you who have never been out here wouldn't believe how bad and selfish some of the people here are."
I went out with a guy for a while, a Puerto Rican guy from Brooklyn, NY. He had lived in California for a while. He told me the people there were the worst, most two-faced people he'd ever encountered. And then he said "And remember who I am, these are Jehovah's witnesses I'm talking about!"
LOL, but sad, really.

Ben Stein on conservatives emerging out of Left Coast closets. Its more shocking and more outrageous than a gay stepping out of the closet. What can you say, the holidays are a barrel of fun - especially around Hollywood and Malibu! (laughing)

It is bad in South Florida, too. You conservatives on the left coast need to be more vocal. When you speak out, you'll lead by example and realize there are MORE of you than you think! :)

Overcoming in Hollywood - ping.

Yet, we're here, meeting in smoky places, greeting and giving the secret sign in the fog out by Zuma Beach, more of us every day. And in the words of the Civil Rights song I used to sing when I marched for voting rights in Cambridge, Maryland, "We are not afraid. Deep in my heart, I do believe, we shall overcome some day." Even in Los Angeles, even in Malibu, even in Hollywood. Tremble, Barbra, tremble. We are right outside your gates, with our truth. We are not afraid and we shall overcome.

This is the way it is here. We meet in smoky places. We give the high sign, we nod knowingly. We are like members of the Maquis in Occupied France. Or early Christians emerging from the catacombs in Caligula's Rome. We are the GOP in Hollywood, and on the West Side of L.A. The culture here is so dominantly left-wing, PC, vegan, hate-America that many of us feel we have to behave as if we were underground. You gotta love Ben Stein. He just painted the exact feeling that many of us have in "occupied terrority."
It's sad, too. When we have rats around and they are the minority, they feel perfectly at ease around us in knowing they won't be abused. Yet when the tables are turned, conservatives know they will be, and are, persecuted for bringing their views out in public.
Not exactly the image of tolerance and inclusion the left would have us believe.

I was stunned when one of my students told me she and her mom planned to steal Bush signs out of people's yards on Halloween. I sing in a professional choral group and the director and producer are both very liberal but the majority of the singers and our young female accompanist are conservative (sort of a turn around from earlier years).

Kelsey didn't have any horrific family violence, he has more money than Ben Stein and he is not hiding his Republican views. I don't think it's Frasier.
