Get real. From the first reports of her disappearance... that bay was watched. Your theory has been regurgitated ad nauseum. It's silly.

It ain't my theory. I'm just answering someone's post.

Prove to me how that boat didnt tip,

Don't have to. And his lawyers knew it could be easily refuted so they never brought it up. You think Fox news has an insight that his lawyers didn't? LOL

although Fox News had experts saying it would tip.

One "expert", and I've seen that dope be wrong on several occasions. But hey, if Fox news hires some dope to "rock the boat", it must be right! LOL

That whole little goofy demonstration was as laughable as the glove "fitting" at the OJ trail.

Let's play your game. So what if the boat tipped.
Is Scott going to get up in court and admit he got
wet and had one hell of a time dumping her?

Personally, (and this is speculation) I think he towed her behind the boat.

Prove to me why Lacy's Hair in her OWN house should be used to convict Scott. Anybody with a Wife with long hair spots hair all over the house. Does this prove I murdered my wife although she is still alive?

Now I know you aren't current with the facts.
The only hair evidence was one strand of Laci's
entwined in the pliers found in Scott's boat...

The jurors heard ALL the evidence that was LEGALLY ADMISSABLE

Wouldnt proof of the boat tipping be legal evidence? Why wasnt it shown? If it wasnt legal evidence, why not?

If you want to promote your web site, do it in Bloggers & Personal. We don't appreciate people trolling for hits.

Where did you see anyone trolling for hits? What web site? You keep saying this but I can't find it. Do you have the URL of your website?

>>Prove to me why Lacy's Hair in her OWN house should be used to convict Scott<<

Hey -rocket-scientist--the hair was found in a boat ( not the house ) that Laci didn't even know about. She was never in that boat while she was alive.

My opinion concurs with the jury's,
all of whom were in court everyday.

If we started convicting everyone by circumstantial evidence(you seem not to have a problem with) than about everyone could be proved guilty.

You cannot possibly be this dense, can you?

My wifes hair in our house, 2 weeks before she was murdered I cheated on her, 3 weeks before she was murdered someone saw us arguing.

Did her body show up the exact place you were the day she went missing?

Were you unaccounted for that entire day?

Were you the last person to see her alive?

Did cell phone records put you in places you said you weren't?

Did you tell people two weeks before she went missing that she was already dead?

Did you lie about where you were that day?

Did you lie about the affair?

Did you tell people you knew who killed her but you couldn't say right now?

All circumstantial evidence and something alot of men has done

Perhaps you should just speak for yourself regarding that.

My point about the boat tipping, is if it had tipped, either he wouldnt have continued throwing her body over the side or if he had--the boat would have sank.

Actually there can be an appeal if he gets life, but if he gets death the appeal is automatic.

Many, if not most, murder convictions are on circumstantial evidence. You have been watching too much Forensic Files on TV.

What person said Scott said all of those things? Amber Frey? Yeah, I believe her. She is getting a book deal worth hundreds of thousands out of it. Just one more reason for an appeal.

The guy "kicked off" MONTHS ago is Justin. Why was he kicked off? Because he had decided the case without hearing the evidence. Try again.

There were two people kicked off the jury at the very end, in the last weeks, correct?

Yep, if there were many little bits of evidence, you WOULD be convicted, because you did kill her. Fishing on Christmas Eve in the same spot her body was dumped, not knowing what you were fishing for, lying to the police, hawking her jewelry, selling her house, calling your girlfriend during wife's wake, injuries on your hands that look like scratch marks, lying to the police repeatedly, being caught with your appearance changed, gobs of cash and a ticket for Mexico, lying more to the authorities, not reacting when the bodies were found and on and on and on.

Scott wasn't convicted on 5 or 10 or even 15 bits of evidence, but much more. It is the sum of all the parts that points to only one missing piece of the puzzle...Scott.

I have been in a tipped over fishin' boat in the river. It was a bugger, but we flipped it back over.
