Anyone who took programming beyond Community College Visual Basic would laugh their butts off at this. Also, other Freepers have noted that if you read the last page alone, it has nothing to do with voting.
And only a fool would develop a piece of code to rig voting based upon the exlanation that it was needed so that voting fraud by someone else would be more easily detected. I laughed my butt off when I read that. He would have to have been the most gullible, naive putz to proceed with the effort based upon the explained motivation. "Duh... OK... I'll write this sophisticated vote-rigging program so that good, honest people can use it to catch other, bad people who are trying to rig the vote." Yeah, right.

Yeah, and the rambling "invisible keys" with the secret combination looked good until he realized that someone would need to perform the secret blind reversal sequence a few million times to have a real effect. Then he hit on the idea of maybe automating it. Wow, really professional programming going on here! High level double-naught stuff!
Glad he changed printers just before the last page, so you could see the seal. Shame he left out his address, county of residence and those others small details that the law is so hung up on for affidavits and such.
This is really hugh and series! Beebers on stune!

Just because computer code has been compiled doesn't mean that you can't figure out what it is doing. There are computer software products on the market that can reverse compile software and generate code of what a program is doing. If this had really happened it can be verified in this way.
