Wow...I am surprised. I have to say that any person in here that sticks up for what this cold-hearted cruel bully did to animals is also 'off'. No one should be able to justify what this monster did to that dog.

There are sure a lot of PETA types on this thread! Sorry, I can't support any law that makes killing an animal a felony. Doing such tries to impart a bid of humanity to the animal. If this man beat a sewer rat would any of you still feel the same about the 18 months? It seems some people 'feel' dogs are more 'human' than rats. All animals are the same to me.
