well well well...yesterday Mr. Melbell told me to pick out a treadmill (I have wanted one for a while now) and I had just read this thread so I thought I would shop at Sears first, and see if they had one that I liked.

I went on their website this morning and picked out a few, and called up one of the local stores to see if they actually had it in stock (I didn't figure they would). The guy pulled up the model number in the computer and said the computer showed they had 2 in stock, but he wanted to go back there and physically look. He got my work number so he could call me back. Now THAT'S customer service. He called me back and they actually have ONE in stock, which is now being held for us. We then proceeded to discuss when we could go pick it up because I wanted to make sure and go when he was there so that he would get the commission for the sell.

I think we will re-tire (not retire) the Durango for the winter while we are there. I was really impressed!

Isn't this just great! Hubby received this notice regarding Sear's in his email and I was about to post this info...searched first and found your thread already up and running! FR ROCKS!!!!!!!!
