What is the URL for that webcam?

I'm working on it snugs. I saved it as live webcam and I can't figure out how to get the url.

So, I'm emailing it to myself to see if that sends it.

Finally!!

Here is the url for the Inauguration website and the link to the camera is on that page.

The web cam is down temporarily, but it is a nice clear shot when it is working.

This is the first time it's been down.
