I heard it on Fox & Friends before I left for work this morning. They mentioned that Rich was still making / taking deals after he got his pardon from Der'slickmeister

I know, I heard it, too. And ABC News's story on the subject a while back made it all sound like all of Rich's involvement occurred after pardon. But that's codswallop.
