I dont infer the Judge used good judgement,--no pun intended--but blacks have become overly sensitive to the point of ridiculousness.

All of the parish’s other district judges later went on record denouncing Ellender’s actions.

It was not just Blacks complaining, it was everyone with common sense, including every other Judge in that Parish.
