Police Seek Clues After Fetus Cut From Slain Woman's Body
Amber Alert Issued For Missing Fetus

SKIDMORE, Mo. -- A 23-year-old woman who was eight months pregnant was killed Thursday and the fetus was taken from her body, authorities said.
Stinnett home in Skidmore, Mo.
Sheriff's deputies were investigating the afternoon killing of the woman and they were searching for the baby, who they believed could have survived.
Nodaway County Sheriff Bill Espey said, "Someone was wanting a baby awful bad."
The sheriff issued an Amber Alert for the missing fetus. Police are searching for an 8-month-old white, female fetus. It also suggested that things to look for in the case included "bloody clothing or towels, possible health issues with the fetus and a freshly cut umbilical cord."
Bobbi Jo Stinnett was killed around 3 p.m. Central, and "the unborn child was removed from her body by the person or persons who committed the crime."
Stinett was found inside her home by her mother, who called police at 3:38 p.m., authorities said. Paramedics tried to revive her; she was later pronounced dead at St. Francis Hospital in Maryville, Mo.
PINGING ya another type of crime; women who are murdered with near full term pregnancy.
Prayers for the safety of that baby! May she somehow come out of this healthy and safe!
Could we possibly fix this deceptive headline with the word (Baby) in parentheses?
I suspect he's in Iraq, where his client is now allowed to see lawyers.

Well, the headline was exactly taken from KCRA's webpage.. not mine... ;o)
While NOW Cows were outside chanting "Keep Abortion Legal."
I have 26 sex offenders within a mile of my house and I live in a pretty nice neighborhood!
Is this the new semantic game the world is playing? If the baby was stillborn, it is categorized a fetus... If there was only ne breath, than it's a human?
Wonder what the legal penalties are for a stillborn vs. baby?
That's why Partial Birth Abortion is so stupid (aside from being horrifying), if they don't keep the head in the birth canal, the baby will take a breath, and then even the AMA categorizes it a murder. :-(

Um, once it's out of the body, its a BABY, not a fetus.
The posters are all mad about the headline.
They think the word "fetus" is sensationalizing the story. ("Proof the RW controls the media.")
One poster says, "Everybody knows that an eight month fetus that is outside the womb is a baby."
I am still trying to understand their logic.
If I am not mistaken, this is the same town where the town bully was murdered right in broad daylight. The killer was never caught although it was common knowledge who did it. I'll bet they catch these guys though.
Although I am against the death penalty, for crimes like this I wish the guilty parties could be drawn and quartered, kept conscious for as long as possible. Animals.
morning RB...this sounds like the guy who got her pregnant did it and took the "evidence (DNA)" or else some whacko religious group at work.
