This is such a surprise outcome. Its like not knowing the fate of the new crew member on a Star Trek mission in the original series.

I must have missed the two prior "Rossi Wins' AP headlines.

You folks don't get it. I had lunch today with rank-and-file Democrats. They are happy that Gregoire won. They dismiss any talk of fraud. To them justice was done.

Rossi has ZERO chance and he won't do much better in a Senate race. This state is run by King County. Furthermore, Democrats hate Republicans so much here that they don't care what it takes to win. It's all justified in their view.

Yep, like the attempt back in 2000 to overthrow Bush's victory.

I hope the WA residents who wanted change there GET OFF THEIR ***ES and stop this CRIMIAL ripoff!!!

What, exactly, would you have us do? The Republican Party is going to try some strategies, but it is unlikely that they will be able to realize a 131 net vote gain.

How are the residents in WA reacting to this??

I am personally disappointed by it, I would imagine the state as a whole is fairly evenly divided – although there some Democrats who are disturbed by the process, if not the outcome.

We're all pissed off beyond belief! Well, at least the 50.5% that voted for Rossi.

I hope we get a new election, because I won't stand for
having my new governor being The Wicked Bitch of the West.

(Moved out of King County but still in Washington State)

>If all 732 were mistakenly rejected as stated in your posted blurb, why aren't all 732 being counted? Why only 566? Note that 732-466 +166 which is greater than 130. Do they know which ballots belong to registered Repubs?

Yeah! Aaauuugh!

They should have a rule that the last county to report is not counted.

We voted, that's what we did, but of course with the democrats every vote is counted and then counted again and again till they can make up enough to win.

It should be simple, no new ballots may be considered after the first count is made. Anything else invites the manufacturing of enough post facto votes to overturn any close election.

Just wondering....do you suppose this "victory"
of newly discovered votes working in WA will
lead to a possib retry in Ohio?

All they have to do is to count the military ballots which have not been counted at all due to late delivery to the troops by the election board.

NEW ELECTION! NEW ELECTION! NEW ELECTION! Come on, Republican central committee of Washington. DO SOMETHING!

I smell a recall. I'll be putting the final touches on the petition to be filed with the Secretary of State on the day Gregoire is inaugurated.

"If the election had not been close their cheating would not be enough"

Originally it wasn't close. With the election all but over, Rossi was winning by about 4000 votes. In response, King county "found" 10,000 more ballots. Still, that wasn't enough, and Rossi won by 261 votes, and then again by 42 votes in a machine recount. During both of these counts, King county "found" ballots in every single crevice in the elections building 7 or 8 more times, recanvassed D balots, devined votes on ballots, and then, when they lost anyway used money from Soros, Dean and Kerry to buy another election. As expected, they "found" ballots almost every freakin' day of this count, but when it looked like they still might not steal it, they started counting rejected ballots. In one small example of how their vote making machine works, it's been discovered that hundreds of "voters" all use one room in the elections building as their official address. KC says they were probably homeless, and can't be expected to provide ID, much less verify an address or that they even exist....and yet, if any military votes get postmarked late because they got sent late, they're screwed.

This is the state where it's considered hip to put bigger than life statues of one of the most murderous dictators in history up for public adoration (google Fremont Lenin), so voter fraud, as long as it benefits the socialcrats, is perfectly acceptable in this upside down society.

However, I believe they've finally pissed us off enough that we are going to force a new election, and we are going to wipe the floor with these scum sucking RATS!!!
