As Sen. TED KENNEDY pushed a post-WATERGATE Democrat Congress into cutting off all our funding for the then Free South Vietnamese to fight for their own Freedom with.

This as KGB Intelligence Files now show us that the Communist Soviet Union gave the Terrorist Communist North Vietnamese ..$6 BILLION.. in Military Aid for what the North itself called it's own ..FINAL SOLUTION.. in the South.

$6 BILLION that translated into over 600 heavy Soviet tanks and 1,000's of mobile artillery pieces coming down the HO CHI MINH Trail to slice South Vietnam in half at the Central Highlands and then race for the Capitol City of Saigon. (600 tanks is more tanks than Gen. GEORGE PATTON needed to win World War II with in Europe)

Resulting in imposed horrible suffering and deaths for the fomerly Free South Vietnamese totaling in the 1,000,000's afterwards:
