He's still shorter than Spud Webb and Calvin Murphy.
I'm just amazed that these guys are not only able to dunk a basketball, but to dunk it more impressively than almost any other current or former professional basketball player.

I remember Boykins playing in the NCAA tourney for Eastern Michigan. He was a great college player. Glad he was able to make it in the NBA.

I've never actually seen him do it.
I was referring more to Webb.
However, I do think that Mugsy has the requisite ability.
If anyone knows for sure-and I'll defer to the experts on this one-whether or not Bogues can indeed dunk a basketball, I'd love to know.

IIRC, I heard a radio interview once where Bogues said he cannot dunk.

Okay, thanks for the edification on this subject.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised, due to his (relatively) short stature.
On the other hand, I know for a fact that there are guys who stand 5'5-or slightly shorter-that are able to dunk a basketball on a standard, NBA regulation, 12 ft. rim.
I guess some players have better verticals than others.
That being said, I still think that Bogues is an amazing athlete.
