Since liberals are so quick to tell people how to spend their money by suggesting the RNC/President Bush not hold Inauguration, here's an alternate suggestion:
Liberals planning to go to DC to disrupt the inauguration of President Bush should donate the expenses such a trip would have incurred during said "protest". After all, don't liberal tree huggers want to make the world a better place? Being in DC to embarrass our country and aid the enemy won't make a difference in terms of Bush being our leader for FOUR MORE YEARS!
this is, of course, in referrence to Tsunami Aid and liberal calls for the RNC to donate $$ from inauguration to aid efforts...
Wonder if any DU'ers are going? Someone with an acct there should ask.
They didn't protest when BLZBUBBA was inaugurated twice. He spent more on his RE-Inauguration than W is now......
Why should anyone fall for this baiting being done by the Dems.
The NYT will pick up on it, Bill CLinton will get off his deadHill Billy ass and speak to his Swooning followers while Hildabeast goes into a Trance doing her BABBLEING rendition of of a Born again Christian. Neither of these politicians really did anything constructive while in office.
Dream on, Jon. I "feel your pain," but we like socialists for the emotional, non-thinking morons that they are!
Besides, if they all started acting normal like conservatives, seeing The Big Picture, planning for the future, having goals and a sense of duty and honor to and for our country, how could we tell them apart? LOL!
Protest? Anyone want to take bets on how many really show?
They seem to be all talk and all the talk is nonsense. Plus they are on the spend no dime day? Than how would they get there if they won't spend a dime on gas for their cars or plane tickets etc.
If they had a brain to think they wouldn't make such loony remarks.
Gee, how much money was wasted on john f'n k's campaign?
Or all the re-re-re-recounts??
Actually, Bush and the GOP could really up the ante...
Have a very low-key inauguration (a simple swearing-in ceremony at the White House) and re-direct any resources and funds that would have been consumed for the inaugural parade and post-inauguration balls to the tsunami relief effort.
As Jimmy Johnson once said,"They can talk the talk, but can they walk the walk?".......
if they do it low key, as you suggest, I'd like to see the difference sent back to those making donations to the RNC, not to countries that burn our flag. sorry.
I hope there's a bunch of them at that protest. Yelling, and chanting, and doing all that in-your-face 60's stuff. With TV cameras recording everything conservative Americans can see just what kind of maggots liberals are.
agree...to a point. Problem is, our enemies see this and it emboldens them. Remember Vietnam?
I also challenge all to end the anonymity of the Internet and post with real names...so many strong opinions, yet some of what is said is only more brash because of the safety of anonymity. If you can say it in public, then why hide?
Tying shoes, walking upright, thinking, bathing, working for a living, are just a few that come to mind.
Standing up to pee?
LOL.
Not peeing on self.
